Hi,

This is a question about warranty claim/ fan replacement.

I bought a zotac gtx1050 mini 2gb in November 2016. I did not register for the extended warranty, was not aware of this requirement.

Anyway the fan broke and I want it replaced. From the zotac website the card has 3 years warranty + 2 years extended warranty.

I went to the shop but was told to go to zotac directly because card is older then 2 years. ( I have the receipt)

Zotac does not reply any email for warranty claim. Suncycle (sticker on the box) does not reply for warranty too.

Does anybody know what is the warranty for Zotac gpu cards from 2016 onwards here in Malaysia ?

Aside from aliexpress, where to get a replacement fan in KL in case no warranty can be claimed ?
