I havent been going there for years, most of the stuff i do online. But due to certain thing I need to go there physically. Last time my bad experience is not enough parking, thats few years ago.

Few weeks ago, I went to Selangor Tanah Galian, I had horrible experience, parking all full and so damn far away from main building.

I from Kepong, I dont think I wanna travel via KTM to Star LRT then stop at Masjid Jameek then walk there. The problem is Waiting KTM is shit usually 30min-1hour. Wasting time.

So I gonna travel by driving, so anywhere near enough to park with cheap parking rate? Need update on this.

I admit I am noob in this, I got no idea if gov got 1 stop website for all this (please tell me if we got something like this already)

the gov already either stop or plan to stop sending physical bill. These bill only have to pay 1-2 times a year, yet they wanna save the paper. Without the physical paper i have to keep track myself, sometimes I forgot I already paid or not

This latest change in their system is soo stupid, they force my acc to use secure2U only.

If I use PC to do fund transfer I need to use mobile phone authenticator secure2u to approve transfer.

So in order to use secure2u to approve, It will need me to login Maybank2U mobile App. But the problem is their backend system do not allow 2 sessions login(use to be allow).

Mobile App count as 1 session, desktop Browser count as 1 session. It automatically log out my PC login, means I cannot do transfer via computer browser. I am force to use mobile app to type & transfer.

Edit: I just found out, the problem is the pop up fingerprint that [@bashlyner] point out in this thread at post #13. User can accidentally log out PC session due to this. basically need to cancel the pop up first.
before this no problem because I'm use to fingerprint that pop up.

you use water = you use sewage. So kinda make sense to bundle together right? bundle together also better, no need to pay 2 bills. 1 bill settle all.

beside under current system, if a person use little water he pays the same as the guy who use a lot of water. So unfair, I butthurt.
