ok..i need your help to guide me fill up this form!! i was working in company A from Jan to March 2011..now i work with another company B, my new company need me to fill up this form, but i dont hav the EA from company A since now it was just in May...what can i do now?

Recently i was offered for a job , i was jus applied for it and had only phone interview with the person in charge. The nex day, i was offered for the job with offer letter from their HR. Is that posible? i dont even have any meeting or face2face dicussion with them before, i'm not even step in their office before. They are a big firm, and the position i applied is entry level type. I worried about it.

hi,my scenario is like this, i got an offer from company A,and i already collect the offer letter from them. But now my current company want me to stay and offer me for promotion. I haven sign the contract/offer letter wif company A, how do i return the contract to company A? can i jus pass it to the receptionist?

Car loan question

Need help here.
My question is like this, i want to buy a new car and get loan from the bank. let said Car price is 50000, and i plan to pay 15k for the downpayment. So is that mean the bank was giving me loan on 35k??or loaning me 50k?? and why i need to pay the 15k downpayment to the agent not to bank????

2.when after i settle all loan, how i claim my ownership??
