I've been working in this company for about 2 months. The work environment is pretty stressful despite I have nothing to do with them. The bosses everyday fighting each other la cannot wrote down minutes during meeting at all because they changed the topics too sudden. Everyone tak nak kalah during discussions. Everyday go to work at 8:30AM - 7:30PM and I feel like I have no life since I started working here. Compared to my last company, I can ular as early as 10AM and the boss are friendly af don't mind we snake as long the work has been done for that day.. Sharp-sharp 5PM can go back home nobody cares. The problem is the salary at my last workplace where they pay peanut (rm1.7k) compared now (rm2.1k peanut too lol). RM400 increment maybe small for some but not me..

My last boss are calling me today invite me to work for him again but the increment only RM200. I want my life back so, should I take it?? in dilemma nii..

Got any recommendations on business laptop? I do alot of typing work. So, all I need is great keyboard + CPU at least Core i5 latest gen. Thunderbolt 3 port is a bonus for me as I'm going to use it as gaming rig when at home..

[WTA] Acer Iconia W4-821 no boot media

My Windows tablet (Acer Iconia W4-821) suddenly asked for boot media after my nieces playing with it. She didn't touch the UEFI as I protected it with a password. Long story short, I have to reinstall windows but the problem is, the tablet only have 1 microusb port.

What I did is I tried install the windows by using USB OTG + bootable thumbdrive but the touchscreen won't respond (it need driver to work). So, I bought a 4 port USB hub and connect to the tablet with USB OTG + Keyboard/Mouse/Thumbdrive. After set it up, the tablet boot up but it stuck at the Acer logo forever. I think the microusb can't feed all devices at the same time. I tried the combination mouse/thumbdrive only but still not working.. Any idea?

Single guys with > RM3k/month has the power to buy something they want (mostly hobby stuff and vehicle) and most of them have a few commitments below 1k /month. Ayam jelly coz got peanut and that peanut will be finished in 3 weeks before getting another peanut. Today I got peanut and current saving cannot even buy off a xiaomi redmi 3.

Currently have 0 commitment/debt. Have no property/car/motorbike/investment/

GF run away and said I have to get a decent job and then she will come back.

What should I do?

- Get a decent job
- Invest into stock exchange
- Invest into ASB
- Make personal loan and establish a company (I have experience in dealing, buy, sell and knows a lot of suppliers of semakfone/computer/CCTV/projector parts. Ayam oso can troubleshoot and repair electronic devices.

Acer 4740 i5 1st Gen wont turn on.

Need help. Acer 4740 wont turn on. Usually after plugged adapter, the indicator beside power button will light up but this time no indicator. I tried few other methods like power reset and replace CMOS battery but not still not working.

I disassemble the laptop and check for the input, I got 19V and 3.2A. ALL components near transistor PO30 (ZVC transistor) getting hot and all LED has no current flow. (These components are just right beside power button)

May I know what components should I replace?

Before this I had sudden power off while booting and replaced all 330 SMD caps near CPU. It working good for just 2 weeks.

Problem with Acer MG43M MoBo

I've MG43M mobo with core2duo CPU but it wont boot. No display no beep but after changed to Pentium Dual Core CPU, it booted. What the problem with it? I tried 2 different type of C2D CPU. Both not functioning. If I put the c2d into another C2D supported mobo it work fine.

In manual, the mobo compatible with C2D and up to C2Q.

EDIT: Fixed. Update BIOS and change BIOS setting RAID to IDE

Need advice for dealing with shitty customers

Just now a customer walk in to get back his broken old PC. His PC has been in the office for years and ma boss already dispose it. Now bising2 wan back his PC. This type of customer deserve middle finger. He think this company is a storage for his broken PC. Last week oso got same situation. I fed up dealing with them. So, to overcome this problem, can tha company set new policy which if the customer didnt get back their PC/Laptop in 2 months, their stuff will be disposed?

Hi, I have problem in configuring d-link dap-1360 as access point for wireless devices. When setup as access point, it reject all wireless device with DHCP. Static IP works but no internet access.
In repeater mode, it's works but 2nd floor signal reception degraded

Any idea how to fix this??

Currently working as part timer technician in xxxxx company with fixed salary RM1300 per month. After 2 months working in this company, I can feel his idiocy, stingy and cheapskate behaviour.

1st - His idiocy
He received a job to reroute and fix a computer network in small 2 storey office. He told to all peoples in that office he can do it. Later he asked me what network hardware he should buy. WTF. I told him to buy this and that. After bought all the hardware, I was forced to setup the network all myself.

2nd - Cheapskate
Give me RM180 to buy 500GB desktop HDD. I told him that current price of HDD mostly over RM200. He said he can get it for RM180. So, I told him to go get it by yourself. Kena marah. Pukimak betul. Bila aku cari, semuanya lebih dari RM195. Balik office, tunjuk bukti. Baru tambah lagi RM20.

3rd - Stingy and pukimak behaviour.
Told me to log shop monthly transactions. I ask some money for buy the book. He said.. "buku berapa sen je. Beli la sendri". Fuck. This is your company. Why would I have to use my own money for your company? I did not log the transactions. Kena marah. Puki.
Dah la kena jadi runner. Pakai motor sendiri. Minyak duit sendiri. That it. I'm out.

Waiting my last check then I'm quit. No wonder why he didnt have even 1 worker when I came in for interview. . Dah bodoh jgn buka company la lahanat. Another thing. Fucking racist. When chinese came in ask for price. He ignore and sometime raise his voice like speak to deaf person.

Note 2 Unexpectedly removed sdcard problem

I get too many unexpected removed sdcard in notification and sometime the card corrupted. I have to format it again and again. Dunno what the problem. I tried different sdcard. Samsung UHS 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB/Sandisk SDXC 64GB. The problem occured when the phone get hot or scanning for new media.
Any advice??
