Can i apply for loan to buy mom's house

Hello there. I just want to ask whether can or not for me to apply house loan to buy my mom's house? The house loan already settled which mean the bank not owns it. And may i know what is the best bank loan for the time being? I got offer from maybank BLR - 2.4%. is it ok?

BTW, some info about the house. it is Single Storey semi-D and loacated at selayang. leasehold 99 years and our family already occupied that house for 18 years.

Hello to all enthusiast..... and happy wesak day to buddhist members

last month, i bought Level One WBR-5400 MIMO 1W/4L Wireless AP router..... I connect it i my Aztech DSL600E streamyx modem that provide by TMNET... I bought this router because i have multiple PCs and laptop, so in my mind, i should have router with wireless.... Its look like works fine until a week after that, when i want to send an email to my friend, the connection stucks after a click send button.... i try multiple time, and its still can't work... Beside, its also stuck when i want to delete email in my inbox... But i dont have any problems in surfing... its look like just my upload/sent data failed.....

in my mind, i think maybe TMnet doing any maintanence, or anything happen to my connection.... So, i turn off my DSL modem and restart it.... But the problem still occur.... Then, i just go sleep and hope the TMnet finish their maintanence next day.....
But the problem still not solved.. I go to www.speedtest.net. I do the bandwidth test.... its works for receiving data(download test) from test server..... but its stuck when try to sent data(upload test) to server..... Feeling lost and dont know how to do, i go www.lowyat.net to ask my problem.... but the same thing happen... IT STUCKS WHEN I TRY TO POST A NEW TOPIC!!!!! (it effect to all forums, not just LYN)

Next, i call TMNET operator.... he checked my DSL connection and said my connection is working as it should, and suggest me, maybe it cause of my router.. Then i realized that i didn't check my router... so, what i done is, I connect directly to DSL modem.... i restart the modem, and guest WHAT??? I the problems didn't occur... I can send email, i can post a new topic on forum, and when i try bandwidth test, it works fine... i can do both download and upload test. nothing stucks.... Then i realize that it comes from my router.... but, i dont know how to configure level one router.... anyone here can lend me some hands??? please

p/s: i have think, maybe it cause by length of the wire from router but when i connect to my laptop through a short wire (1meter) the problems still occur.... so not the wire problems.... definitely router problems...

FYI: i also a torrent user... all the stuck happen above are happen when i stop all torrent activities, and even turn off the torrent-running-PC and test it from my laptop... so not the spyware problems....

FYI2: but when i start my torrent activities... it show i can upload files to another peer with speed around 15 to 20 kbps.... but when i try to sent data via email, or FTP or do upload test, it failed... it really gives me a lot of headeche....

Please, anyone help me.... please throw some usefull opinion here

(WTA) Problem on my Wira 1.5 M...

hello... need help from u all.... I have a Proton Wira 1.5 MT 1997, got from my father.... Since my father was not a car-modded person, the car was in original condition. I mean the car has original standard engine, standard interior, standard entertainment (sony cassette player, standard speaker, dont have monitor) For me, my car still working in good condition, but not in maximum capacity(best condition ler)

My problems now, when i press the accelerator, the heat also increase. Near the red 'H' sign. I had service my car half year before, service my engine overall, and the result, the heat never increase insanely. But after half year (now), the problem happen again.

Second problem.....is about air-cond.... when traffic jam, or car stopped when red light, i 'll never feel the air cond. It just blew hot-air. so, i just open the window. I dont think it cause from lack of gases, becoz i just refill the gass 5 month before.

So, anyone can give suggestion??? plz......If malaysia MTV have Pimp My Ride, I'll beg them to pimp my car.... really sad
