WTS 2012 Kia K5 with Nu engin

Hi all,

I am going to change to a new car and i would like to sell my Kia K5
See information below:

1. Kia K5 Optima
2. Spec: 2.0 Automatic Nu Engin (better engin for this model)
3. Millage: only 108k
4. Years: 2012 ( Registered 2013)
5. 42k (Negotiable)
6: Colour: white
6. Remarks. :
i) I am located in Penang, and i am actually second owner of this car. I bought this car in 2014 when the millage was 5k. Bought it from the owner who wants to get a smaller car for his wife.
ii) This car is 100% accident free.
iii) Recnetly the aircond was not as cold and i actually changed the whole compressor with original parts and also the cooling coils. The whole change cost me rm 3.5k. Now the aircond is like brand new.
iv) It has been a problem free car to me so far and i have full SC maintanence record with kia SC.
v) Main reason why i sell is because i am changing to a brand new car soon.

Suggest me a car 300k-400k budget

Hi All,

I am planning to change my car this year or next year
I am planning to buy a conti car for the first time and my budget is around 300-450k.
I have been driving local and japs car all my life and now i would like a change, i have shortlisted a few cars and would like to rank them based on my preferences.
I want something that looks sporty and also practical as i have a small family, so 2 door coupe is out of the picture

1) Audi Q3 sportsback - New, around 296k
I really like how this car looks but i heard alot of horror stories about audi. Maybe some sifu can shed some lights on your experience with audi.

2) BMW X4 ( I heard there is a facelifted version next year)
I like this car but problem is too many BMW out there and it doesnt stand out to me. I felt the Q3 would stands out more in terms of appearance.

3) 2019 Porsche Macan (used) 420k
Porsche penang is actually linking me up with this owner of this porsche macan, the car is in good condition with good service records, only clocked in at 21000km.
According to porsche, this car still have 1 year warranty and the owner change car every 2-3 year.
I love the brand but i am not sure about getting a second hand premium conti.

My biggest worry for conti cars is that i have 0 experience in them and i heard alot of horror stories of thier mantainence and etc. I like the Audi Q3 alot but how does it fare in terms of reliability compared to bmw or mercedes.
Appreciate some feedback and suggestion from sifu here

EV cars for next year

1) Porsche Taycan (Of course its our of my budget now but next year with the tax exemption on EV cars. this might be in range

2) Audi e-tron (Not sure if audi will bring in this model next year)

Hi all watch sifus.. me and my wife wedding aniversary is coming this november.
I am planning to buy a couple watch, im no expert but im looking for chronograph watches.

Can someone intro me some nice ones that i could wear casually and to work.
It should atleast maintain a certain degree of professionalism as im working as an engineer.
i fancy leather straps .. not looking for too unkerish as i am at my late 20s.

Planning to get a Used D segment

Hi all,

I am in my late 20s.. and i am planning to get a new car this year. I am married but still no kid yet.
Currently i am driving a 4 year old saga(the version before BLM).

I found a good deal for a 1.5 year Kia Optima K5 selling for 105k.

I like the K5 design alot but i am abit worried with the maintanence. Anyone can shed some lights here for me?
I am deeply in love with Mazda 6 but the price is definately out of reach for me.

Please advice me if it is wise to buy a used K5 or not ? i have seen more and more kia vehicles on the road espeacially forte.. how is thier after sales service and etc?

You may also introduce me a car from my budget range.. to be honest. im into the looks of the car more then resale value.

Hi /k/ since i will be on frequent travelling mode with my new company, i am thinking of getting a handheld console as my companion during flights and etc.

I am unsure which to buy as i am only getting one of them..

i just did last night.. sold a lvl 59 rare amulet with amazing stats for only 200k. sold in 1 minute

stats:
+ 220 int
increase 56% crit daamge
+ 45 vit
reduce imparing time 10%
12 to reduce all resistance

should hav sold it for 1m maybe T__T

Accident in penang , in front of sunny point

On my way back home, there was a terible jam stretching from the fly over heading to penang USM. Upon reaching the traffic light in front of sunny point i saw this honda civic or city sandwiched in between a lorry and another car.

The car is kemek beyond recognition.

I didnt took any pictures because i dont want to stop and cause more traffic jams.

Hope the drivers are ok.. any /k/ here at the scene and managed to take some photos?

Dear all,

I have just got my appraisal for last year and bassically i get quite a good rating..

The thing now that my appraisal was based on my ex department performance that now i have just moved to a new one. The new boss knows that i am capable but he might not know all the achievements i had in my ex department.

I will go for KRA meeting with him this week to define my targets for this year..

What kinds of question should i ask my new manager to further impress him? I am actually going to ask him what are the things i need to achieve for a chance of promotion next year. Can anyone tell me the best way to pull this off?
