Getting advise on gaming m-ATX build

I am trying to build a m-ATX size machine with medium gaming expectation.

Budget around RM4000, for a machine and keyboard+mouse (no monitor for now as current one is still working fine, no speaker also)

Looking for advise how to fine tune or make this build more make sense. thanks!

I had actually signed up Streamyx Combo Package 90 at PC Fair, and i got a 'receipt' from them.
They told me that I nid to have a telephone line before they can even activate my streamyx package...
And i waited a month, and finally the contractor of TM called me and come to my house to fix the line.

Problem comes... i lost my receipt... and i have no contact number and who to call to...
I just remember the girl's name... but i dun have the number... is there anything else i can do?

please help....
