Surprised and excited. First time growing onions from store bought old onions

Initially when planted, it was a spring onion. Slender thin stalk and now it has showed signs of bulbs. Relocated it to another spot to find out if the bulb will get bigger

Damn hungry tonight, ordered 2 pizzas

Shroom pizza and anchovies pizza.

My gawd, the crust was absolutely amazing. Soft N crunchy with a crispy bottom

Only complaint is that they garnish both with wild rockets. Could've use different greens instead

Overall, pizzas were amazing. Way better than those shitty ones from pizza hut / dominos

Ordered the fun guy pizza

Brilliant crust. Soft and puffy. The cheese blend goes well with the mushroom variety.

The chef tops it up with a dash of salt , black pepper and olive oil before baking then garnishes with wild rockets

Definitely want another.

Sourdough canotto pizza 10"

Pleasantly surprised with the cornicione (outer rim of pizza), big and puffy

Tomato based topped with mozzarella and pepperoni. Lovely taste of the crust using different blend of flour

Should have added some pickled jalapenos as garnish and for taste

Total damage : RM 5 + RM6 for Heineken beer

Today's dinner is pizza! Pizza haram !

Damn it was good, my wife enjoyed it too.

Great presentation and they gave a piece of bread for you to scoop up all that yummy pesto sauce

Bread a bit on the chewy side though, could've use a softer bun instead. My suggestion la, anyway....

Went to Wild Yeast @ Damansara Jaya but so early already sold out

Haiz, have to go early morning next round

Decided to make my own sourdough bread in the meantime

Total flour used 300g,

65% bread flour - 20% spelt - 15% wholemeal
74% hydration
2% salt

Look at them sexy ear. Mmmm

Decided to stay healthy with a light salad

They gave generous serving of salad that comes with croûton, bacon bits and roast potatoes

All for RM 5?? What a great steal! Kudos to them for making eating healthy affordable

Only minor improvement is that it needs a bit more salad dressing
