Hi fellow /k... I will be working near HP tower and Im having difficulty to get season parking. Ask the parking management and they ask me to apply online. Tried applying online but it always say full and cant register for waiting list. Any1 has tips how to apply...

Hi guys,

How do companies calculate the no. of years to bond employee lets say if they send the employee for training? Is there a guideline for this? My company want to bond me 1 year for every rm2k.

I feel its too much as simple training such as CCNA would cost around rm6k that means Im bonded for a 3 years? pfffttt....

Hi guys im going to sign an snp next week. its my first time buying property directly from developer, therefore i cant choose my own lawyer if I want to enjoy the freebies such as free legal fee, discount, etc...

I also asked the developer if I can review the draft snp first, but this is not allowed. Is there anything I have to beware of such as terms to be included in snp?

Btw this is a freehold landed property with individual title lot.

Hi sifu,

Would like to seek advise... I was promised by developer that I'll get 8% discount when paying the booking fees. So I paid 2% earnest deposit. However now when its time to sign the S&P the developer said that i have to pay additional 4%. The 8% discount is actually splitted into 2 parts:

1) 4% upon S&P signing
2) Completion of the foundation of the said building - 4% will be refunded to me after the bank disburse the first 10% to the developer.

Is tis a normal practice? Has anyone experience this? What is the measure of precaution should I take before signing the S&P?

Hi guys I have an issue here where I paid the booking fees and most of the bank can only provide me MOF of 80% or lesser. I can only afford the property if it is MOF 90% therefore I would like to withdraw from this deal. According to my SA i must have loan rejection letter from the bank if I want a refund of my deosit. My problem is the bank didnt reject my application but just cant provide me MOF 90%. Is there any bank that can provide me loan rejection letter?

Rejecting offer letter

Hey guys I have a scenario here... Lets say I accept an offer from Bank A which means I sign their LO but before joining them I receive better offer from Bank B and reject Bank A offer...

1) Can bank A sue me?
2)Do I have to pay any compensation?
