Is it worth to do so?

Just browse the Haier washing machine, around RM1.5k then can buy a reasonable front load washing machine.

Rooftop window for natural lights and ventilation

Anyone had done this or have experience on the open a rooftop window in the terrace house?
Is it worth to do it?

Usually intermediate terrace house don't have a good ventilation and natural lights, that's why have intention to do it.

Any Good Location for Budget Hotel?

Hi all,

Any ideas about the location for a budget hotel?
Any places which always lack of hotel?
Target customer: sales executive, mid-class businessman, local tourist?

Initially thinking at Bukit Bintang which target customer is international tourist, but the rental is high, worry about the cash flow...

Target to local businessman should be out of the red-ocean.

Condo at Ampang

Hi all the taiko here...
Any comments for the condo at Ampang?
Looking for a unit to invest there....

Find out the one ampang avenue fetch a quite reasonable rental yield...
Any taiko can comments on this condo?

Additonal:
1) one of my friend stayed at Tiara Ampang, said the tenants there mostly are foreigners, ME, but luckily not many Africans...
2) most of the condo at Ampang are leasehold property, Tiara ampang already > 10 years...

It seems like quire reasonable where 1530sqft @RM350k
outlooks quite ok also...
low density....
but hardly find any information from web...

Currently staying at Cheras, feel quite far from PJ.
would like to get one when the time is good....

Pearl Point Condo at Jalan Klang Lama

Hi everyone,

Just would like to know about the opinions from you about the property Pearl Point Condo at Jalan Klang Lama.

Recently just had a view on one of the property above which sell around RM290k and agent told me the rental can goes around RM1.5k.
I find out the maintance of the building still quite ok... the lift is in good condition, security guard is doing their work( I went there around 1pm).

From the web, I checked the maintance fee is RM0.18 sqft. It is a bit high since some of the condo just charge at RM0.14-0.16 sqft.

Car park wise, I'm not sure whether there is a sufficient car park because on 2 floor for car park. May be there is another car park for resident which I don't know. Since there is a shopping center downstairs, a hotel just next to it, shop lot which is scatter around, should have more car park.

Please share with me your opinion about this property.

Anyone has any ideas about Faber Heights and Faber Ria?
Is it good to but as an investment?
