Getting cond by aircond supplier? (Help)

My aircond died. So the service man who’s been servicing my house for the last 10 years gave me a quotation for a new one. His quotation was just via WhatsApp :

Told him 2.5hp inverter + wifi one before his quotation. So I assumed both options were inverter+wifi. Today I find out he ordered a basic Panasonic inverter model for rm4k w installation.

He said cannot exchange after I said that’s not the one I want. Because he’s paid for it and it has arrived in his office.

What can I do here?

Edit: it’s not installed and I haven’t paid. He wants to install tomorrow and collect payment

Edit 2: I think I should elaborate that this aircond servicing man has been handling my family aircond matters for 10 years. Sister house, parents house, my house. He knows that my current aircond that I want to replace is a high spec old Panasonic nanoe econavi. I told him to get me a quote for a newer version of this with the wifi + nanoe. He forgot to do it since November. Then I chased him for it last week over WA.

So I’d assume that from what was discussed before and knowledge of the current aircond I have. That when he quoted it would be based on what we discussed. - similar spec to my current one but the latest version with all the gimmicks. Only to find out it’s a basic inverter model and it’s about 600rm overpriced even before installation chargers.

What is the SOP now?

Just barely tested positive. 3 RTK test all with super hard to see 2nd line. Been having a dry throat for 5-6 hours.

Anyways I’m in a hotel in johor for work suppose to go back to KL on weds.

But now I might not be well enough to drive on weds and I don’t want to infect those at home even if I quarantine in another room, it’s still not 100% safe.

Should I inform the hotel? Whether I’m positive and that I want to extend my stay here but need help getting food to the room and I can’t give them an exact check out date.

I don’t see what the Hotel SOPs are when googling.

Passport Renewal - Klang Valley

I submitted my passport renewal application online on the 24th of June and selected to collect in one of the UTCs in the klang valley

It says to wait for the email confirmation before collecting.

At the time of writing, I've yet to receive any emails and the status check on their website still says STATUS PERMOHONAN:PERMOHONAN DALAM PROSES

Is this normal? Has anyone gone to try collecting their passport without any confirmation?

I am anxious because from what i heard it normally takes 3-5 working days to receive a confirmation. My travel agent said a few of her clients said they kautim in a week. My friend did it in 4 days with UTC Pudu two weeks ago.

I need to travel for work in 3 weeks so time is running out.

ipad 2 wifi dropping issue

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone knows a fix for this and if they are experiencing the same issue.

I've got 2 ipad2s in the house. One with ios5.something and the other with ios6.01 and recently both ipads are having issues conencting to my home wifi network.

It'll connect for a couple of mins and d/c and have problems reconnecting for afew minutes. This still happens even though the ipad is right next to my tp link router (TL-WR1043ND with unifi 20mb)

Only started maybe 3 weeks ago. I googled the problem and read that with IOS6 release the ipads2-3 (maybe 4) all have some new protocol authentication with apple servers and certain routers will have issues (ivp6 needed)
and it sounds too technical for me to understand what exactly the new protocol is.

My other IOS devices - iphone4 and 2 ipods seems to be ok also all my pc.laptops, galaxy tab are all ok.

What ive done so far - reset my ipad connection, change router to pure g and n, switch wireless channel to 6,11,4 and it still cant seem to solve it at all.

Anyone with any fixes? i doubt going to applecare will solve it as it highly unlikely both ipads will simultaneously be affected and i've tried my ios6.01 ipad in the office and still same problem.
