notice the sent stop bots to 27117 purposedly made lowercase so phone illiterate people dont know how to unsubscribe

HELP! Bank wont allow to transfer overpaid amount

Hi, recently i've made balance transfer from my existing CIMB credit card to HSBC..
i've made full balance transfer allowed by HSBC with an extra RM5k overpaid amount from my current credit card debt. the HSBC banker said i can then transfer the overpaid amount into my personal account at CIMB.

after the balance transfer succeeded. i asked CIMB to transfer the overpaid amount into my personal account. after about 2 weeks later CIMB called and said i cant transfer the overpaid amount into my personal account because the money is from balance transfer. WTF?

Help..what should i do?

Can anyone help me on how to use this software?i've tried to use this software but the application that i protect using the software n burn in the cd shows error...
it keeps telling me i've inserted the wrong cd(illegal cd detected!)
