Recently has been offered by a company with this kind of scheme.

I researched online and seems like this scheme is only benefit when you hit the target assigned.

However, the target set by the company seems unrealistic for first year.

Anyone mind to share their opinion?

Hi, just want to share my interview experience with this company.

I was called for interview by this company about 1 month ago by a headhunter. The position I applied is Sales Engineer.

Suppose the interviewer is the Director himself. When I reach there, they told me the Director is having meeting, then they send some ke-le-feh to interview me.

He is someone from technical department. I was so frustrated that this guy don't have any experience in sales but to interview me??

Then I complain to the headhunter, after that they said they will follow up.

2 weeks later, the headhunter called me for another interview. They said this time is the interviewer is the Director's consultant.

Things getting worst, this so called consultant said I have no experience in this field (They didn't read my resume??!!!)

Ridiculous things happened, he offer me 30% LOWER than my current salary!!!! Who the hell in this world would like to change a job that has lower salary????!!

After some conversation, I found that this so called Germany company, but actually they are running in China Man style. They dont have any higher budget to hire people.

So for those who read this and get invitation to interview, I would like to advice you to think twice.

2 years back I bought a car using my sister name. By using online calculator, I found that the interest is up to 8%!!
I guess this is due to my sister another car loan. I heard that the loan can be transfer to other person name so that the interest rate will be lower. Any expert here know how does it work?
