Can a over 40yo C# programmer get job easily?

Hi everyone, if you work in IT programming, especially C#.net, do you mind to share with me how difficult to get a job offer if you are over 40yo

I have been working oversea for 10 years, due to personally issue, I am thinking to return to Malaysia for new start, since I am leaving for some times. I not sure how well Malaysia companies accepts veteran software developer. Not sure will it be like China, companies will not hire over 35yo programmer. thank you for you input.

[Q]How to change house ownership

Situation:
My sis and uncle bought a house, they have join name to get the loan,
and the house currently is under their name
for some reason my sis she can not continue the mortgage
and now she ask me to take over the house

Question 1:
To change ownership of the house,
We have to repeat the S&P process?
by this way, have to pay a lot of fee to lawyer and those stamp duty fee
got any other option that less costly?

Question 2:
If I settle the loan directly for my sis and uncle
then the change ownership process will it be more easy and less costly?
