Hi guys. Problem as described. My house second floor can hear neighbor next door.

The screaming I dont mind la, but sometimes sound of kids playing, door closing, loud chit chat can be heard from ceiling.

I don't think this is normal, unless current new house quality is so s💩y. Never experience such thing in any terrace house in my life.
A little bit background, house is still new and under DLP.

Anything I can do? And if register as defect (definitely will do) what can be done?

Hi all.

Need help with my ASUS monitor.

Currently it will die (like no power) after 3-5 seconds after turning on.

It wont start even if i unplug and restart.

But after few minutes, when replug and restart monitor it will turn on again, but same problem (die after 3-5 seconds).

What could be the problem ?

Place is around JB or Kajang/Bangi. But preferably Johor

Remarks: Tested my GPU/CPU with other my TV and works well.

I have no experience in so what buying house/property.

As per title is it possible to have joint names on house but I am the one making the loan.

And if it is possible, will my wife (joint name) be able to get 90%-100% loan if she want to buy a house but this time under her name only?

Hi everyone.

I have upgraded my gpu from 6950 2gb to a 7970 3gb twin frozr II OC.

Then I try to play game (fifa 13) and loud screeching sound comes from my desktop.

I tried to check if it is the sound of gpu fan (but it is not).

When I press alt+tab the sound stop, the sound returns when I returns to fifa 13.

My guess is that the sound is from my PSU.

My current PSU is 520W Antec.

Anyone has any opinion or experience on this problem and how to fix it?

Hi guys.

I just bought a DDR3 ram for desktop, but when I get back home I realize the width is a a little but smaller than conventional desktop ram.

So I did not open it , is this new type of ram for desktop or I just bought something that I did not know what it is?

My attempt at googling for answer fails so far.

Windows cannot be installed on the following parti

Hi everyone, need a little bit of help here.

I formatted and reinstalled windows on my laptop. Before installing, I saw a problem where the hard disk where I want to install states
" Windows cannot be installed on the following partition because the hard disk may fail soon" or something like that.

I just continue and install Windows as usual but it seems to be that my laptop is having problem where it hang and I cannot figure out the reason.

I did some googling and the problem may seems to be a hard disk problem.

Need some opinion and help if this is really the problem

Folder with its content on different drive,

Hi guys.

I am having some problem here. I want to make a folder but the content of the folder will be moved to another drive. So basically the folder is like a shortcut but it is not shortcut.
I dont really know the term to be used so it is very hard to find any informations on google.

For example the folder is at ''H:\Program Files (x86)\POPO'' but the content is at ''D:\Program Files (x86)\POPO' . However the content of the file is at Drive D (kinda like a shortcut),
but the difference is when you click on the folder the PC will still recognize the content of folder to still be at drive H.

This is very hard for me to explain, hopefully someone will understand what I want to achieve here

Hi. im looking to buy a second hand desktop with these specs:

intel i5 (probably first generation)
4GB ram ddr3
graphics: GTX 460 1gb ddr5
500GB
motherboard ASUS P7P55D-E Details

Price : RM1800++

Then, i want to upgrade the CPU with second or maybe third generation i7 and maybe with 60gb ssd.

Will the motherboard be compatible with the ivy bridge i7 (or i5)?

Do I need to upgrade the PSU if I want to upgrade the CPU (what is the suggested Power if it is)

Will this desktop be able to play BF3 on at least medium setting?

Can any recommend me any laptop. budget under RM2.5k.

Aim: Moderate gaming (can play battlefield 3 on normal setting)

Preferred brand: Asus or Toshiba.

Currently using Asus X42Jr: I7-740QM(1.73Ghz), ATI mobility radeon HD5470. (Anyone know this laptop current market price? bought it for around 3k back in early 2011)

Asus 2 Years Global Warranty?

Im going to buy asus X42JR...

But im not sure about the 2 years warranty.. the shop just told me that the already registered the laptop to global online asus service...
so if i went aboard... if i want to claim my warranty... i just need to show the laptop serial number beneath the laptop.

So, my question is. Are these procedures correct?
1. Shop already registered the warranty, so they dont need to register online anymore. I thought the laptop warranty start on the date of buying?
2. If i want to claim the warranty, i just need to show my laptop serial number and brand beneath my laptop? No need to show any receipt?

Hi... i am new to the forum..
And the last time i check my blood pressure ,bp its about 148/(dont remember)

even the doctor cant believe what he saw because im a thin person...
and after i am relaxed... it went down to 135/??..

the doctor told the bp for someone like me should be around 140...
but i checked on the internet that its around 120/?...
Do i have kidney problem or what?
