Estimated how much cost for 10k steel warehouse?

Hi, recently i rent an empty land, 13,000 sqft malay reserve land at rm5000 at perlis. I want to low cost build my warehouse with tall high ceilling ( 50-60ft)

As pic, there my friend told me the cost of steel warehouse high 50ft and built up 10,000sqft is around 1.2mil.

I am blur, wtf? Are u sure? So expensive?

Can anyone enlighten me the estimate cost for 10,000 built up? Steel warehouse only. If the owner dont want rent ady i still can no loss too much on renovations. Thank

Hi, i want to ask do we have any software or AI software can help copy/scan a ready made or printed product into the Original AI or document format that can be reprint like 100% same

Oh yeah u can say i am copyright or copycat whatever.

Just wonder do we have this kind of software?

As i tried take photo use good camera or scanner. End up it cant print out at all.

Hi, As we know alot ppl doing daigou for many items in Australia,China, and other country.

Now my concern is, it is wrong/illegal if i daigou medicine especially which is not available in Malaysia to ppl that really need. It is ok or not?

Of course by approve and given right by the person who need it.

Example the person is deeply need the medicine but the cost in Malaysia is way too expensive. Then he ask me to daigou for him. It is ok?

I had doing this many year for private hospital. Then suddenly think of doing this for ppl who need. It is legal or not legal that the issue. Because it is the person who want, then i help him buy only. daigou ma. Not direct sell to him.

MPSJ approval for shoplot 4 storey

Hi,
Currently i own a shoplot 4 storey at ss 15, i am thinking to covert it to student hostel. Do you think mpsj will approve it if i follow hostel guideline as well? Or we still need give them some kopi? Anyone did it before?

Really need expert advise, coz i cant fully trust the people in mpsj. They said ok ok no problem la. But scare after i completed reno, they said not approve coz pengarah tak bagi or some issue. Like this then waste all my renovation fee. Really need advise to avoid conflict in later. Pls advise

Another question is, how much we need to pay for tax? For shoplot 4 storey 20 x 65? Got cukai tanah and cukai takfiran? Or only one?
