Ways to Automate restart router if internet down?

hi all, so recently I'm using 5g router and noticed that sometimes when idle for too long the internet will be down and the only way to solve it is restart the router, so just wondering is there any way to solve this except restarting the router myself? I looked into smart plug as well but seems like none of them can check for internet connection and restart the power, I'm not looking into custom router firmware as well, not sure is there any other way?

Battalion Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery good?

anyone heard of this Battalion Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery? currently looking at it and it claims an 8 to 10 years lifespan which seems good compared to traditional battery which last mostly around 2 years and cost RM650 while this lithium battery is only RM1600, if it can last as per claimed then it is really good but not sure how true is it, anyone tried before?

Mobile Hotspot outgoing IP keep on changing?

Recently I moved to my new house which yet to have fiber internet, I subscribe to yes 5g without contract and have been using it to work, due to my company's network will required whitelisting of my IP, I often hit the issue due to my IP keep on changing, may I know is this normal for mobile data to keep on changing the IP? Will buying a 5g router solve this problem?

Question about advance payment on housing loan

If lets say I have a 500k loan, and I directly transfer 500k cash to the loan but I didn't go to the bank to settle the loan, what will happen next month? Do I still get charge for interest ? reason for asking this is because I would like to avoid interest from the loan as much as I can, and indirectly I still have some cash ready in the loan for withdrawal incase of any emergency.

From Gtx970 to 1060

Hi guys, recently my old gtx970 is spoiled and currently would plan to change to gtx1060. From my research I see that while the gtx970 was using dual 6 pin but the gtx1060 will only require single 6 pin, so my question is will there be any problem if I only plug in one of the 6 pin to the 1060 and left another 1 hanging there? Would it consume some energy even not plug in and causes the wattage become "unequal"?

GTX970 random flickering during gaming

Hi Guys,

I was having this weird issue whereby while playing certain games (so far only open world game), i'll be facing these random flickering around the screen. I have recorded down a video while playing just cause 3.

The issue seems to only happen while it is trying to render those far object, in the video i had tried to look at the sky and ground and during that moment the issue doesnt seems to happen.

Other than just cause 3, I'm also facing this issue in GTA V but weirdly it only happens on direct x 11, if i try to switch to direct x 10 in GTA V, this problem doesn't happen anymore, but this can only be apply to those game with the direct x selection.

had tried format windows, update all the drivers, re-seat gpu issue still the same.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Stupid DBKL ! need help

Today DBKL send me some old saman but i found out that those saman was belong to the old owner and not me, then i go to their website and check,surprisingly i found out that they change every saman to under my name, last time when i check those saman was belong to the old owner with the old owner name. And recently I have change to a new car so I no longer have the card registration card, is there anything I can do now to prove that those saman doesn't belong to me? I have no idea why such thing can happen, so now DBKL is poor until can change saman name?

Some questions regarding hotlink basic internet

Let say I have a hotlink number for my phone now, and I wish to buy another new sim card which has the basic internet as long as the sim card is active for my tablet for COC purpose. Would like to know whether it's possible for me to do this.

1) I buy hotlink 365 for my old number
2) Every month i topup rm30 to my new sim card so that it can stay active.
3) Since my new sim card is on my tablet I wont be using the credit, so I do a share credit to my old number to buy internet plan.

is there any problem on what im trying to do above?
