[WTA] MBA does not boot and beeps

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my Macbook Air (Late 2009, A1304). When I switch it on, the screen stays blank and it beeps repeatedly until it goes out of battery. Also, the white indicator LED blinks according to the beep. I tried switching it off by pressing and holding the power button, but it still happens when I switch it on again.

Sometimes I just leave it to beep until the battery habis, connect the power adapter and switch it on. Sometimes it boots, sometimes it just stay blank and beeps. again. frustration.

I have tried searching the many threads regarding this specific issue, but was not successful. If there's a thread discussing this, kindly point me to it. If you have any suggestions on how I should go about resolving this issue, please share them with me. Your help is much appreciated, guys. Cheers!

[WTA] E71 Heat Problem

hello.
my 1 year old nokia E71 gets hot around the rear camera area. and the battery life drops to 50% (not even 24 hours). it has been almost a week. everything works, the camera, gps, wifi. only the battery life. anyone who had the same experience, can you please share with me your experience. at least it could help me from being conned at the repair shop.

one guy blamed it on the battery and tried to sell me a new 'original' battery without even bothering to look inside.

Hello guys,
I just finished updating my album arts through itunes and i'd like to embed them into the song files so the album covers will appear if i play the song on other players (i.e WMP etc). i found iCoverArt, but unfortunately I have to pay for it. It's not actually expensive (USD5) but it would be great if there's a freeware that could accomplish the same task.

Help would be much appreciated.

Guyz, I'm gonna receive my iPod this Tuesday, and am currently searching for cool accessories to complement my setup. So tell me, what accessories do you have with YOUR iPod? Super Sleek Casing? Shrink Wrap? Earphones? Headphones? Speakers? Remote? External LCD screen? Anything!

This is my first iPod. I would appreciate some tips from the seasoned users. A friend suggested getting a casing/film protection even before I touch my iPod and fit it in as soon as I take my iPod out of the box. So that's one, you guyz have any more tips & suggestions? How do I get the most out of my sexy iPod?

Streamyx through smart home alarm system

Problem details
First occurence of problem: The first day i activated my Streamyx account
Problem frequency: it has yet to be solved

Problem description:
The problem is, i can't connect. The place i'm staying at the moment has a smart home alarm system whereby the main phone line from telekom goes into the alarm panel before being connected to the house's phone jacks. the alarm system is supposed to make a call to local authority and send a sms to house owner should there be a case of break in.

I called Streamyx up and finally found out that this is probably the reason why i can't connect to streamyx - because it has to go through the alarm panel before it reaches streamyx port. i tested the modem at a friends' place (no such alarm system) and it worked fine. i also tried his modem (Aztech DSL600E) at my place - it didn't work.

my DSL LED is stable. however, if i lift the phone, it blinks and become stable again after a few seconds. the same goes when i put the phone back. i believe that's not supposed to happen, right?

i'm looking for anyone with this problem who's managed to solve this, preferably someone staying in shah alam as well (the alarm system comes with the house, not separately installed) . i'm in section 13 btw.

it's been 1 week since i activated my account, thus the bill is already running. i want my internet connection... *sigh*
