Unit Near Refuse Chamber

Hi All,

I just book a unit in Sentul.
And while processing with my Loan, I notice that my unit (unit 11) is sit beside the refuse Chamber.
Is that a bad things?

My Blok, has 32 Floor and 11 unit per floor.
Its a Suite Apartment as per document presented to me.

Hence I need you opinion and feedback whether I should go forward with the purchase?
If yes, why and if not, please stated your reason as well.

I appreciate you input and feedback highly as this will be my first home.

Help me a little about DSLR pls

Hello everyone,

okay, to the point. My mom want to buy one dslr before she off to korea next week, and have ask me to get a new camera, dslr precisely. She said she want to try using that camera. Her current one is Samsung ES80.

Please can someone who is expert or good or know anything about this camera suggest me one dslr for casual (since my mom not so good at taking pic ) or something close to that.

Your suggestion is highly appreciated.

Helllo all,

first of all i dont know if i post this one in the correct section. If i am. then pls warn me so i may close it.

Okay, i make myself an art book that i've been working on for 3 year after collecting some stuff and draw. And i pretty much like to book it so i can make it my first own personal collection. My problem is, is there any shop that can do the printing, binding and also the hardcover for me. I got all the material and i only want to produce it just for me.

Here is the detail.

123 page.

Some page have full colour, some half and other just word.

Do you guys have any suggestion of shop and advice for me. I really need one. Please help me with this one. I appreciate all the help i can get.

Jaring and Streamyx. Pls help

First of all sorry if someone already did this thread.

ok, im currently using 2mb streamyx from TmNet in kedah. Mainly for online gaming and streaming audio/video. In wow, i can get 200-400ms.

But when i got to my campus, and currently they are using Jaring-Ukm wireless connection, i get the same amount of latency when playing wow. But lot of d/c may be due to interference, the number of people that using it. But its okay.

However what shocking to me was, when i do the ping ploter stuff here, the average latency for the US server around 200-299ms. Compared to streamyx which is 200-500ms. but mostly 400-500 when hopping to LA hub.

Jaring use lot of Hub that Streamyx didnt use, like Palo Alto, Hong Kong hub. It make me wonder, how much i can get if i run WoW on LAN using Jaring.

So the question is, anyone here that using jaring. Pls share with me your experience.
