Stuck at diagnose

was playing game while the com sudden hang for 1 hour than i decide to click the power button force it to shut down

than i on back than stuck at diagnose for 2 hour and above is it normal or did it stuck?

any way to fix it? ( using window 8.1)

Computer can't on

My pc can't on.
I keep pressing the power button but it still won't on.
