hi,

What is the best LED TV size for watching ASTRO SD channel? Does ASTRO SD channel resolution is only 480p while HD is 720p?
My sofa distance is approx. 13ft and my accent chair is 7ft from TV console.

Anyone is using IKEA STOCKHOLM Three-seat leather sofa (Seglora natural) ? Any comments in term of quality, comfort & durability ? The price is RM8k and the leather is full grain (at least i know i will get the strongest and most durable leather)

Original Copy - Sale & Purchase Agreement

hi all,

Does the bank usually keep the original copy of our Sale & Purchase (snp) Agreement ? My snp lawyer only gave me the DUPLICATE copy (certified true copy). This snp is the agreement between me and the developer.

Today i went to apply for EPF account 2 withdrawal, the KWSP officer insist to use my DUPLICATE copy instead of photocopied snp for submission

Right now, i don't have any certified true copy snp with me. Do you think it is necessary to get another certified copy from my lawyer or bank for future reference ?

Assuming i'm able to get my condo strata title in 2 years, will i have any difficulty in my future property transaction if i don't have either original or certified copy snp with me?

I will go to U.S. for a business trip for about a month. During this period of time, i will set my BB's Mobile Network OFF, Data Services ON & Roaming OFF and will only reply on WIFI to access the internet & BIS

I'm just wondering how to receive my TAC via SMS with the above configuration if i want to do the online banking ?

What do i need to do to receive the SMS without being charge ?

BB App World: Feature App screen pop up

hi all,

I upgraded my BB App World to version 3.1.4.25 two weeks ago. Recently i noticed once in a while, BB would pop up a Feature App screen and asked me to download some paid application. It was very annoying and i've to press the escape button to close the screen. Anyone encounter the similar problem ?

Anyone is using Blackberry Traffic for BB 9900 ?

I tried to install it from Blackberry App World but it wouldn't allow me to install because it said my current devices is not supported

Tried to intall it through my smartphone but it was not there in BB App world.

hi all,

I'm thinking of buying an antique ( > 100 years) online from a legal dealer located oversea. Will i face any problem at the custom when this antique import to malaysia ?

I read from some sources saying that i need the following clearance documents.

1) Permit from National Museum prior to importation.
2) Certificate of antiquity from origin country (dealer can provide)
3) Origin invoice. (dealer can provide)
4) Malaysia custom form 1 (obtain from custom office ?)
5) Letter of Authorisation (from who ?)

Anyone can confirm whether i really need all this documents ? Also, will i get any tax on antique more than 100 yrs old ?
If the process of buying an antique from oversea is so hassle, i might as well ask someone hand carry it for me when they come to malaysia.
