car damage due to unknown box fall at highway

Last week drove at MRR2 near Subang Jaya, unknown box fell from nowhere and hit my car. Due to safety, I didn't stop car and check.

When reached home, thought it's only scratched the sticker on the car body, so I didn't do anything. After washed my car yesterday, OMG, there are 2 areas are dent.

May i seek some opinion from here:-

1. How, what and who can be claimed for compensation to repair car dent though already 1 week later? I didn't make police report but I have car recorder.

2. Since my car is fully wrapping sticker, can I do 'magad' year later or should do it now?

3. Is there a technic to repair the car instead of 'magad' since it is minor dent?

4. My car just 4 months old, if to repair this minor dent, is it must go back to service center to avoid warranty issue? Think their price should be higher than outside. My car is Nissan x-gear.

Insurance claim under carpark

Not sure where to post this topic, tentatively post it here.

I parked my car under season parking in an indoor parking at kl area. The building currently is under renovation.

2.5 weeks ago, my 4 months new car's bumper and trailer light was scratched due to the renovation. Firstly I only mentioned the bumper was scratched, however, when I send the car to workshop, then found out the trailer light was slightly scratched (really very little scratched, not very obvious, but still not happy lorrrr, it's new car marrrr)

I were asked for the quotation and the cost to spray paiting the bumper is abt RM400 whereas the trailer light costs about RM700 (I think it is expensive, however, the quotation is from the service centre).

I got to claim from the owner or the contractor, but I got some questions here and need advise from you:-

1) If the negotiation fail, I didn't make police report, do I still can claim from the contractor insurance or go to consumer department to lodge a complaint? If claim from my insurance, I will loss my NCB?

2) During the first call, I sensed they are willing to pay the bumper cost, but they claimed the trailer light is too expensive and do I need to change a new one or not? Or it is my rights? but they argued that I didn't mention in the first place until I gave them the quotation.

3) To send the car for spray painting, it will cause me no car for 3 working days. How much to claim for loss of usage of car? last time my friend received RM40/day for a kelisa, mine is korean MPV 2000 cc car, how much is the cost? I need to use the car as I need to send my mum, visiting clients.... I would prefer to rent a car. How to claim more for it?

4) For the claim process, what do they require? First, I didn't make police report. Second, I didn't take photo on the first day it was scratched, I took it a day after the incident. Third, Do I require to produce the receipt for the repair or the quotation will do?

I will meet them today after 5pm, hope can collect many response from you all as bullet when I meet them for negotiation talk. Thanks.
