twjjack — Thu, 02 Dec 2021 21:42:04 +0800

Hi all,

I am planning my new house and thinking of not doing plaster ceiling but wondering how should the wiring (light, fan aircon etc) being kept.

Have done some searching in Google image and see some ideas but not sure how realistic it is.

Is there anyone here can share some real sample and experience?

Below is one of the photos found in Google image:

Poor Service from Index Living Putrajaya

twjjack — Tue, 03 Nov 2015 02:26:43 +0800

Hi All,

I need some advise here as I am getting a very very poor service from Index Living Putrajaya and I have no choice to refund.

Unfortunately my refund is pending for approximately 2 months and I have tried all methods that I know but no luck.

Can someone please advise what should I do next?

I had log an E-Aduan in NCCC (Pusat Khidmat Aduan Pengguna Nasional) but no reply.

Should I log a police report?

Here is the lengthy story
=================
In that day that I purchased in Index Living Putrajaya, I have been informed by the staff that only 1 item that I bought has no stock and have to wait 30 days.

However, in the first day of delivery after 2 weeks that I bought the item, only they told me on the spot that total item pending are 3 items and all of them have to wait 30 days; no one call me earlier to ask me whether want to refund or not.

Fine - after 30 days of waiting, someone called me said my items arrived and appointment has been made for delivery, but end up no one is delivered things to be until I called to the customer service and the staff told me no appointment for me today.
Furthermore, I have been told that 1 of my 3 items have no stock and have to do refund; I don't understand why someone told me my items arrived at the first place? In the end I had attended Putrajaya to do the refund as per the staff said and I have been told that other items will be delivered in a week.

After few days later, someone called me again and told me all of my items have no stock and have to attend Putrajaya again to do refund.
This is very very poor inventory management as I have been told that my items are ready few times but end up no stock.

During the 2nd time of refund, a so called manager - Andy was supposed to help me on refund, but he left me there for 20 minutes without inform me anything and he went nowhere. I have no idea where he went as well as the customer service officer.
He didn’t explain to me anything once he appeared but just past the messages to me via the customer service counter staff and in fact he is just in front of me. This is very not professional especially you know that you are handling a customer who is frustrating.

After a month I did the first refund, there is nothing has been debited back to my account and I called to customer service again many times but no one call me back.
Finally I have mentioned that I will log a complaint in NCCC (Pusat Khidmat Aduan Pengguna Nasional), then someone called me back said she has submitted the refund yesterday (ONLY after a month that I refund), but again nothing is debited back to me.

Have tried to complaint in their FB and someone contacted me again but again there is nothing debited in my account.
