Dear sifus..

Need help on deciding when is the best time to buy a new proton elegance H-Line.. because now it's already November

I'm in dillema:

1) if wait until 2011, a newly maunfactured car (2011) shall be available starts from April onwards..This is due to the dealers trying to sell off the remaining 2010 stocks..
Then I have to wait longer.. (originally from November 2010, then go to April 2011 = 5-6months)

2) I heard that the depreciation value is based on manufacture year, and not regestered year..
Then buying in 2010 and 2011 will give different resale value, even I just use the car for 1-2 months..
can anybody confirm this?

3) in terms of interest rate, now is 4%..but in 2011, who knows what it will be like..?

Pls help me on this..
