Landed freehold vs leasehold

as per title, is it really worth to spend extra 150k to 200k for freehold?

im looking on kepong area (not kepong but area much closing to KL), found most of LH around 500k to 600k while FH from 600k to up infinite.

let say if loan not a problem, ignore the housing size ,and both unit also required major renovation, is it better to save the 100k to 150k for the renovation instead of getting a 150k to 200k exp more FH?

l box plaster ceiling cleaning

planning to do plaster ceiling to hide wiring/aircon piping, since im going with plaster ceiling, might as well to make l box design make it nicer,

my question is, how hard for me to clean up the l box design?
is it easy get dirty?

Ethernet from living room to master room

Not sure if anyone do this before, currently there's telephone socket on living room and master room, anyone know are they connected? coz i thinking the possibility to install an ethernet cable by reusing the same wiring hole from living room to master room.

to add on :

1. Im well aware on wifi, the main point i want RJ45 is because of ping, i want to keep ping as low as possible, wifi 6 do offer lower ping but still cant match with RJ45.
2. Its a new condo, if it can be reused then can save my money, it not then need to have a new line from living room to master room, which cost some money.
3. Reuse mean i just want to slot in additional RJ45 on top of current telephone line, if the telephone line direct connected to my master room.
