Its from Dell Direct and is Sim Free. ( Unlocked).<br />I like this site and am happy to note that it is a lively and vibrant site with lots of input to help and assist newbies like me with any problems we might have. I still have not rooted my Dell and my Dell is still on OS 2.1. I like the sync feature with Dell PC sync and MS Outlook and the only think i miss is the tethering function that comes with OS 2.2 .
