4D License transfering

here's the scenario. someone's selling 4D license, due to it involves a huge sum of money i'd like to make sure everything is goin by the book.

i have a series of questions and hope someone here could give me some guidelines.

1. how to check whether the license is valid? can it be done via internet?

2. or do i have to go ssm to check?

3. do i have to pay for that?

4. does the buyer needs a lawyer?

5. how long does the transfering process will take?

I'm kinda noob in this if there's any other thing i shud know pls enlight me. thank u

Android phone being hacked?

i've read some articles about phone hacking and am sort of worry myself.

my questions are, can android phone be hacked? and how far can it goes? does it only steals my text messages, or does it works like pc's RAT ? am i only vulnarable while on wifi or anytime the phone is on or connect to the internet via phone's telco?
i am highly concern as i keep a lot of company's quotations and client list in my galaxy s2.

EX comes back asking for more...

well, i was with this gal for a yr and we broke off 1 yr ago. and she was soon with another guy.

6months ago, she dropped by my place and we had a little chit chat. in the middle of the conversation she started to touch me like wat she did when we use to be couple and the body contact was getting intimate.
i reminded her she's in a r/ship but she ignored me..and yea, in the end IT happened. ever since that, she'll dropped by few times in a month asking for it
i felt so bad for the guy and also trying to avoid her visits. we even talked about it but she doesnt seem to care at all !!!

i even told her i got STD !!! she's still persistent..... i'm kinda losing my mind,weighting between morale and my own lust.

if u were caught up in this situation wat would u do?
