TP-LINK WR841ND - How to force LAN Clients

To all Sifoos, highly appreciate your guidance here.

1. I had already changed the DNS setting on WR841ND to OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 AND 208.67.220.220).
Main reason I'm using OpenDNS is to utilize Porn,Social & Games blocking features by OpenDNS itself.

2. However, advanced LAN clients in my house capable to change their PC/Notebook DNS to GoogleDNS in order to avoid blocking.
This is done through standard WinXp Control Panel/Network & Connection/LAN properties/ TCP/IP setting.

3. I read in other forum (based on other router models) via configuring UDP port 53 (?)

Kindly help.
