Hi, recently i involved in a road accident and my car had been towed to one of their panel workshop for claim my insurance with uniasia. My car is proton car.

Today i receivd call from the runner..the car now need to tow to proton claim center for insurance claim?

Why it cant just claim at their panel workshop and need to tow back to proton to claim insurance? Anyone met this kind of situation before?

just now when i reverse parking i accidentally hit a parked motor, the motor has fell and its side mirror fell off. Then the owner who is eating at nearby mamak came into talk, and i paid him some money to repair his mirror.

1.Should i make a police report for this?
2.The motor owner check my licence, what he wanna do arhgg? he is not police

It was my first job ,I got the "Penyata Gaji Pekerja SWASTA" EA from my employer.

At the section D.Jumlah Potongan; (PCB) an amount is stated.

Is that mean i need to pay for the amounts of PCB? ANd I dont have my Nombor Rujukan Pekerja in that form?

How to get start? I really dont know what i should do! i checked the website, maybe i'm too stupid to understand it.

1)Let said my chinese name is Lee min min on my ic, but on my offer letter is Min min lee, does it affect the offer letter?

2)There is a mistype word in my offer letter, how do i reply to the recruiter? because it was an email offer letter and i'm not good in english writing.
