Problem installing Ms Office 2007 in my Windows 7

Hi guys,

I wanted to install Microsoft Office 2007 in my windows 7. But i'm having problem installing it with an error message 1713 prompt out.
The file that i trying to open is .MSI instead of .EXE
The installation file is only in .MSI format, don't have .EXE format. My other computer with Windows XP can run well with the installation but i don't know why my laptop with Windows 7 failed to run a .MSI format installation file.

Please help, guys.

guys... is anyone of you encountered this problem also....

whenever i loading PPStream, i can watch but a while later my connection disconnected.... this doesn't happen when i did some internet surfing or watching youtube... only when i open PPStream then it will make my connection down...

i'm not sure why suddenly become like this as last time before i format my pc everything is fine, no such situation happened, but dunno for what reason after i format my pc it become like this already... my pc is clean from virus and i do not install any external software de....

any sifu can advice on this situation, please????
