Advice on my workout Routine

Monday : Arms day; each exercise 3 sets with 8-10 reps
-back squat
-deadlift ( this one id only do 1 set with 5 reps )
-barbell curl
-db alternating curl
-cable bicep curl
-triceps cable pull down
-overhead extension
-skullcrusher
-dips

Wednesday : Chest & Back
-back squat
-pendlay rows
-pull ups ( only manage to do 3 sets with 5 reps )
-lat pull down wide grip
-lat pull down close grip
-seated row cable machine
-flat db press
-incline db press
-flat bp
-incline bp
-laying db pullover

Friday : shoulder
-back squat
-deadlift ( again 1 set with 5 reps )
-seated db shoulder press
-side db lateral raise
-bend over db fly
-plate raises

My original routine are exactly as above minus the back squats n deadlifts n pendlay rows. Now after reading the stickies, is it alright if i incorporated those 3 exercises like above? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Need help from All sifus here. My brother registered xboxlive and used my credit card. He told me tht he got something called gold membership free for a month. After tht, would they charged my cc automatically or my brother need to reload it manually. Im just curious cuz i know my brother will not stay long with the xbox and whether i should cancel the subscribtion manually or they won't charge me unless my brother renew the subscription period. Ipad 2 charging issue

My ipad charge for only 10% per hour using the provided cable n wall charger. Im not charging it via mac. And some sockets in my house the ipad wont charge at all and its battery status will show*not charging*. Is this common?

Hello there. I got this iphone 3gs black which i bought it new and sealed from low yat around late october 2010 for 1.9k. A week after using it, i sent the phone to the same shop to upgrade ios to 4.1 but they mistakenly upgraded it, causing me to use the iphone as an ipod for 2 good weeks. After the unlock came out, the shop did the unlocking and since then, the iphone restarts by itself occasionally. I went to the shop for repair because my phone is under warranty for 1 year. They refused to repair it because some small sticker under the phone has peeled off and they claim ive open the phone. Skipping the argument part, i then tried sending the iphone for repair to numerous places, none can repair it as they claim it's hardware issues and some places claim they can, for rm500+ with no warranty. Ive been to various places in low yat to times square and pavillion. Now any good forumers here generous enough to share a known good shop? After repair i'll sell the phone anyway, it was my mistake at the first place not to buy from maxis/digi.
