W810i system down

wana ask..what happen to my phone?
i wanted to transfer songs using the cable to my W810i..
from my laptop which is using vista premium..
must we install the disc?coz the disc doesnt support vista....
so the disk is not installed n i went on with the transferin..
nothing wrong...still recognize as 2 drives: phone card n phone..
transfer songs to phone card..
but i cant safely remove the drive..so i just plug in only...
now my phone have very big prob..
i on it...i cant see anything beside a screen...no menu nothing...
what happen???/

wana ask hw can i transfer my files from my comp using window xp to my inspiron 1420 which is using vista premium?
i have tried using bluetooth but it doesnt seem to work...
i dont have an external hard disk..only got 1Gb thumbdrive...
besides using my thumb drive...is thr any ways else?

i really duno what happen but it just happen to my window account.
as in other users dont really get the comp hang easily..mine is really..a while then hang d..
i didnt open a lot of applications or anything..just chatting on msn n mayb browsing with firefox..that s all..
it already happen a few times..
hw can i get rid of it?

hello..facing a weird prob with my thumbdrive..
in my computer, it only show there s 2/3 files...
but if i scan with antivirus..it scanned more then 20!!!!!
hw come?what s hapenning?
comp noob ere..plz help..
i dont feel like wana format my thumbdrive coz it s still quite new...

hihi...i m a newbie on comp stuff..
just today...or yesterday..my comp s browsers (IE n firefox) cant browse!
msn is still running...the line is okie...just around sometime after i online..everything is okie..then suddenly i just cant load any pages at all already?what s happening?after i restart everything is okie again..but that lasted for a while also...then d prob repeats..
any idea how to fix it?

and i have a missing dll file : ajulgiio.dll
i have no idea hw it went missing...any ways i can replace it???
