Used Air Bag Steering

hi guys,

was planning to buy an used steering wheel with air bag that i see in motor trader today. But i'm not sure since it is used parts and if (touch wood) crash, will the air bag still pop up and save my head from the window? Any of you guys have experience in this? Is it even legal to repack the air bag in those used steering not by the car manufacturer? Help is appreciated

i have browse through local used auto parts shop and found the auto parts shop name Mun Lee Auto Parts (M) Sdn. Bhd. is doing a merdeka sales and the items is very chun. Just passing you guys some information. Just look for them ask there are many people over there today when i went there to buy a Nardi steering wheel (Price is not displayed, i got special discount rate )
