Apply low cost house in penang

So i applied for low cost house in penang about 2 years ago...
I'm just wondering if anyone here has got an offer for low cost housing in penang before and generally how long is the wait?
There doesn't seem to be a lot of ongoing projects at the moment tho...
Last time I did ask the staff from the gov department and she told me I have to wait very long coz according to the system there are ppl who applied in 2008 for the same category as mine oso tak dapat lagi.

im actually wanted an instant camera or polaroid camera for a long time, and lately i found the fujifilm instax mini 7s and mini 25 whici i think is quite nice but not sure which one to buy.......i was wondering if anybody have better suggestion?
