Anyone got any comment about this kind of TV back lighting? Govee is not perfect, should be pretty close to what I would like to get.

TM Streamyx line Low Signal/Noise Ratio

I logged a complain about my Streamyx line low signal/noise ratio and high dl attenuation.

I also verified that it is not my house line issue by directly connect cable fr TM pole cable with a short RJ11 cable to TM provided ADSL Modem.

I want it fix bcos I want to upgrade my line to 4Mbps ( now 1 Mbps ). I know my house opps is using 4Mbps the distance fr TM exchange a none issue.

My question is, what TM technician will do to fix my problem, I mean how many items they need to change in order to get my issue fix for good. Would they say something like big cable outside my house need to be changed, which not possible..etc kind of excuse?

Hi all, need some advice.

I m thinking of going mobile internet, which one is value for money?

Primarily usage for email, fb, youtube..little downloading

Being thinking about getting Digi Discovery...got promotion now.

All along being using Streamyx 1Mb, so if go for digi, would it be slower or faster? can actually get 700kbps? Normally I download get 100kbps on streamyx only.

Other options are Maxis & Celcom, no U mobile coverage yet.

But why sometimes when download some text file from China web site. The text doc is filled with unreadable char?

I plan to have a directional antenna on roof top to receive wifi signal from about <1km away.

That device would act as a wifi receiver & be a wireless access point as well.

What device should I buy to connect to that directioanl antenna?

I bought a 2nd hand htc touch 3G pda phone fr Sg with Home screen customized with operator logo.

I hv removed the operator logo manually w PHM regedit w/o any problem, now I want to replace it with date with day of the week format & tried changing the reg like below but any how didn't seem to work. All I got is like 7 Oct, 09. without the day of the week.

Look for String value SSDte (short date) and change the value data, some example of date formats i have used below:
- "7 May 05, Friday" by changing the String value SSDte data = d MMMM yy, dddd
- "07/05/2005, Fri" by changing String value SSDte data = dd/MM/yyyy, ddd "

Any pointer wud be appreciated.
