Your Responsibilities:
To ensure that the registrations and activations meets the standard SLA. *
To ensure that selling stocks are ordered on a timely basis and that stocks must be available for sale at all times. **
To ensure that monthly stock take is conducted, accurate and submitted to the relevant department on a timely basis. ***
To ensure that Stock Management Process is adhered, documented and updated in the systems so that there is no loss. *

To perform POS transaction on POS and MESAD systems based on Sales transacted by SaS*.
To perform end of day Reconciliation. Match total collection vs POS/MESAD Sales Report. Prepare Recon template and bank-in the collection. Update Sales Report and forward to Retail Operations Management Team*.
Print Stock take Report from Oracle and match physical against report*.
To ensure that the Retail Centre is equipped with the POS materials required to be displayed at their centres.*
To ensure that all required reports are completed and submitted to HQ by the stipulated deadlines.

To perform other clerical/administrative duties as and when required.*
To ensure sufficient stationary stocks and pantry items available.**

To ensure all documents are kept for 3 months only. Documents that are more than 3 months old to be disposed.***
To ensure items such as printer receipt, qms paper roll, kiosk paper roll, CIT and courier bags are available and to be ordered as and when required.**
To prepare stock list and check on daily basis to ensure that the stock movement is tally against the physical stocks.*
Ensure that filing is done consistently.*
To attend meetings and training sessions arranged by the department/company as and when required.
To travel outstation for assignments as and when required.
To assume any other duties assigned by the Management.
To attend to walk-in on the floor as and when required by shift manager.
To handle bill payments and any other monetary transactions made by customers over the counter and ensure that the payments are recorded in the appropriate systems (POS, BSCS,CASH DRAWER,MRAS) and credited into the customer’s account correctly and on a timely basis.
To handle all matters relating to termination, barring of calls for lost/stolen, change of plans, updating of subscriber information/details and requests to activate/register for ADS.
To ensure that one is up-to-date with the latest information on company’s products, services, marketing plans, etc and of any changes in policies and standard operating procedures to ensure that information is relayed to our customers accurately and in a consistent manner.
