Laminated floor to replaced by tiles

Existing is laminated timber floor, but already spoil.
Wish to replace by tiles.
After removing laminated timber, the cement render floor shown.
Should I remove the cement render?
Or can actually hack holes on existing cement render to put on tiles?
If hacking holes only on existing cement floor, can tiles still stick well with good leveling?
Or to ensure the strong adhesiveness of tiling, is better to remove the existing floor and redo the cement render?

Macbook Air 2013 13" screen blackout problem

Dear All,

i am intended to get myself a Macbook Air 13" that started to shipped in Malaysia mid July lately.
Before i place my order, i have go to the google to search again if any problems for this new version of MBA.

to my surprise, many have complain its screen blackout suddenly on the 13" version.

may i know if any MBA user here for this version so that can share me your experience with this version of MBA?
anyone has encounter this 'screen blackout' issue?

How fast recycling time of SB-700?

may i know how fast is the recycling time for sb-700? knowing it having fastest 2.5s (at full power). but let say it is not with full power, how fast it can be for continuous shot? or it will limit at 2.5s?

sometimes, i may need it to take "jump shot" or some motions during parties/events, it will be useful. knowing the sb-700 dont have stroboscopic (RPT) mode, but it cost 60% more and slightly heavy for the sb-910 >.< and if the sb700 able to make this, then might save some $
