When was the last time you went out for a good meal/drink with friends or family and just enjoyed with some good laughs ? Do you still remember ?

I start first - the last memorable one was a weekend dinner out + round of beers with friends in Knowhere Bangsar about a week before the lockdown in March 2020. No masks, no scans no COVID 19

How do you sustain that fire in bed and keep it fresh ?

I find it hard to connect with stuff shown in the media about people still crazily attracted to each other after many years. I mean, is it not human nature to always want something more, something exciting ?

Anyone indulge in 3-somes (obviously with your partner agreeing) ? Did it work for you ?

PS please avoid the marriage is more than sex lecture. That's not the point of the discussion. Humans are complex creatures and we need to be fulfilled in multiple levels. I just want to know if any is/had experience the same questions and what they did about it.

I know we always have this 20k gaji topic but what happens after we manage to reach this?
Bigger house, bigger car etc etc..more loans and never ending cycle? Or Invest and plan retire early?

Where does one find the motivation to work harder and earn more after the 20k barrier?

Hi All,

I've tried searching the internet for some answers on this but there were no specific or detailed information available. I've had an opportunity to buy into shares of a business. Wondering if I should register an LLP to act as a parent company that will buy into the shares as opposed to purchasing as an individual. I have future plans of investing in businesses of different nature so considering setting up a holding company prior.

What are the pros and cons of this idea ? And how does the taxation work in this case ? Thanks.
