I often heard this word
"If you haven't succeed, it means god is giving you strength with the obstacles. God is building u up for the future".

Well, in my pov this is a lie. Just an excuses to help sooth the weak and uninitiated.
Working hard helps to improve your chances of success, but it was never guaranteed. Look around you and you can see heaps of examples.

People should face the truth and step forward bravely anyway. This is what make us man, man!
Can't stand this weak ass generation. Too much noise, too much excuses.

Where to post job vacancy for youngsters?

Where to find young workers in penang ah? Below 30 years old.

I wan to hire people to work in fnb in penang.
Penang seems harder to get serious young workers.
Where do these youngsters look for job? Post in a few fnb penang cari kerja groups, then put banner at my shop d. But the quality of workers that showed up is slow and not up to expectation..

Around 8 people interviewed. 4 people afk and make I waited there for 45mins before i left. Calls, whatsapp no pick up. Hired 2 so far, but 1 suddenly gone quiet. Another 2 not so good and i didnt hire. All these 8 people took me 2 weeks..

My gaji i give is rm1700-2300. 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Fnb, work in aircond condition.

Foodpanda customers

I have quite a few foodpanda customers.
Once they ordered and drinks have been made, the customer still cancel their orders. Most of the time rider already taken the drinks but customer still cancel it.
Please do not cancel order as this will only result in lost in your side. You won't get a refund once vendor already accept your order. Its in foodpanda term and conditions.

Y so susah get a gf?

Ktards here keep saying hard to get a gf, i wan a gf, forever alone etc.
I dont get it..im just a normal guy but i got quite a few experiences girl chasing me and/or shows interest in me. Examples below:

Im just average looking like..body build normal but tall 181cm, muka above average abit, attitude focused and serious when working but cheerful otherwise, introvert abit but can talk to people, not rich, etc

My experiences of girls showing interest in me so far:

1) form 6 at tuition center. Got one girl, busty big boob but very fierce same school as me also suddenly confessed to me. I tell her dont play with me and she said she serious. But i still rejected her. That time i was chasing someone else.

2) During uni days, i got into thai-malaysia twinning program and went to thai uni for 1 week. There many girls chase me, including one without wearing bra ajak me out and meet me alone at uni campus. Even got a thai 'gf' for awhile, gave me her photo and maintain friendship until many years after back malaysia. This time lucky because apparently i looked like one of their celebrity.

3) Worked part time for 2 months in between uni break and one chinese girl in the shop shows interest in me but she shy. I pulak too naive to notice. Last day before she went back study at aussie, she suddenly hugged me tight tight in the shop and said goodbye.

4) Landed in hospital due to dengue. Woke up one day with a young chinese nurse carressing my leg using her tigh. Yup, her tigh!! Just rubbing it slowly with her tigh. I got nervous and pura pura tidur. I think she noticed i was awake so she went away.

5) Working time got 1 girl keep looking at me. I'm not interested because not my type but my friends keep perli both of us. Then one day at shoe locker when just we two, i told her sorry about my friends keep perli us. Then she got angry and said, if u wan me just say la! Then storm away. I was like 'huh??'

Still got many small small flirts etc but i didnt count because maybe they are just being friendly and cheerful.

Best engine oil arrived

Valvoline restore and protect fully synthetic 5w30. Bought 7 qts since my car uses 5.4 qts and 1 qt for top up.
Use 5.4 qts because i like to fill until it reach totally at top or over the top a bit.
I think this oil saved my car when it suddenly lost all oil due to oil adapter failure. So gonna keep on using this after 5000km of using the mechanic semi synthetic 10w40 oil thats currently in my car.

Almost need to buy new car immediately

Was driving spiritedly on highway at 3am.
Suddenly saw a whole bunch of smoke coming out from my rear view mirror and the engine bay. Oil pressure warning light came on.
Immediately slowly drive to side of the road but i feel its not too safe here. So restart the car and drive slowly another 15 seconds to a safer place.

Towing car around 30km to my mechanic, rm350.
Mechanic checked found engine bay full of oil and my oil cooler adapter loosen. He said the adapter no good, so take out and back to ori setup without the adapter.

Change engine oil and oil filter. Starts the car and its starts normally.
No smoke, no abnormal sound, no clatters. After warm up take it for test drive and pickup smooth till 8k rpm.

Checked what little oil left from the drain plug, maybe around 500ml..no glitter. Wan to check inside oil filter but mechanic no tool to open the filter..but outside all no glitter.

I thought finally need to upgrade to k24a Frankenstein type R already, but noooooo, she dun wan die.

I wan buy new proton S70

I think proton best value, handsome looking and powerful car. Very ok for family car. Me being me, i feel like buying it as im not super conscious about wearing branded stuff to show off, etc.
Only cons is maybe proton sc not so reliable.

But for my gf who more values outlook, she dun like proton due to the logo. Plus she said now i can very much afford it, somemore boss to a few businesses, should drive a more luxury car and bring out family also more syok.

Its not that i cannot buy expensive car, but me being from not rich family and having to take so much efforts and risks to get to where I am today, I feel...keeping money for rainy day better than spending it on cars. Furthermore expensive cars more expensive upkeep, lagi i feel no value. But i understand also my gf feeling, she said i keep stress n work, sometimes need to enjoy life abit. Plus i memang likes cars. I also wan to 'reward' myself la.

Haiz...just a rant la.
My middle point is civic 2.0 hybrid. She ok, i also ok. But still itchy itchy abit.

My type R broke down

Me syok syok rempit rempit my type r, suddenly my car sputter for 0.5 seconds. Like misfire. Then me lepas minyak and tekan again no problem. Then few seconds later lost power. Tekan pedal no respond, like no minyak masuk.
Then my car slowly slows down then totally shutdown, no power steering d so i slowly go to the side of the road. Tried to restart got crank but cannot start. Open bonet see nothing explode, no oil melimpah or wat.

Stranded for 10mins then can restart back and drive to mechanic. Otw to mechanic died again. Immediately try to restart can crank and like weak weak not enough fuel pressure. After 10mins can restart again. Suspected fuel pump kong.

Now inside mechanic shop d. Original fuel pump 280k km.

Helped a guy

While i was driving, i saw an indian guy in wheelchair struggling to move on a sloped road towards a small bride. I was driving slowly but there was a car behind me so I didnt stop immediately. But i did stop after the bridge. Then i quickly walked to him.

While i was walking to him which i was quite far away, I saw him struggling to move and finally stopped to rest. He rest by slumping to one side with his thin arm trying to block the sun to his face. It was around 1pm so it was very hot.

When i reached him, i said hi, can i help you to move? He said yes please and wanted to go to the bank across the bridge. So i pushed him slowly around 10mins until the bank. Then he said thank you and i left.

It would have taken him 1hour+ based on his speed. And it was under hot afternoon sun beside a busy main road. Nobody helped as he was quite far along the road to any house.
There was a mixed feeling of happy able to help him and sad that nobody helped him before i came along.
I wished more people would lend a helping hand.

The end

Tldr: Help pushed an oku wheelchair bound indian guy to bank. Happy can help him but sad also due to nobody else helped before i come. Wish all would be more helpful.

Was having my late night leisure drive around bayan lepas to chill chill.
Then from Queensbay to second bridge many mat rempits and kereta rempits. I still chill chill. Reached the roundabout then pusing balik.

Reached a red traffic light kebetulan a group of them getting ready to race then all of them around 15 bikes rem rem very bising in front me creating a lot of noise and smoke. No big bikes, all kapcai. Got la i see got modded y16, 125zr, ex5, etc. Then i curious like, those modded bikes really that fast?

So they pecut and i followed, but stayed behind them because i wanted to know how are their modded bikes compared to my car. Then all of them reached second red traffic lights along with me. I followed those half faster ones, means im middle la. Then they laughed and rem rem rem like celebrating. Hmmm...maybe celebrate beating my sudden wild car. Then they get ready for the lights to become green to race again.

Then race started and i directly pecut and cut them all and leave them all behind until almost cannot see. Basically potong all of them by 3rd gear. Starting they are faster then immediately kena tinggal jauh jauh. Then reached the 3rd traffic light and i waited for them. Maybe give thumbs up as usual after friendly race like i usually do, lose or win usually also give thumbs up once race finish. But they all reroute slowly go to another lane and took the long way u-turn back instead.
No sporting la them. Most cars i have friendly race are quite sporting one. Usually we roll down window, gives and thumbs up and went our way.

Now...penang mat rempits simpan dendam one ah? Or they admire my car? Usually they admire fast honda's right? Huhu

My Asus Tuf Gaming A15 laptop.
Me proud because even laptop technicians said they cannot take this job because the solder pins are too small. WEAK!! Phuik! Even a normal average joe like me can do it

Issue: Inherent problem, whereby after 1 year will kena the power button intermittent cannot turn on. It will slowly slowly deteriorate until you press press 30 mins also cannot turn on.

Asus solution: Change whole keyboard including power button. Cannot just change power button due to the design.
Problem will come again after 1 year+
Note: my laptop still under warranty until end of dec. But i didnt proceed because solution not permanent.

Temporary solution : Use hair dryer to blow around 15 seconds before press power button to turn on. Works, but it needs longer and longer time so my buttons are melting.

My solution : Soldered DIY secondary power button permanently on my laptop. Now i just press secondary power button to turn it on.

Car blacklist

Update: My car no longer blacklisted.
Summons has been successful transferred after i managed to call them again on my 65th try this morning. This time i really pleaded to them pls pls do it quickly, then the jpj johor said ok, this evening do it for u. Now check my car no more under blacklist.

My car got blacklisted due to previous owner 4 years ago got police saman but didnt pay. He got the saman first before i bought his car.

I found out in mid oct this year that my car is blacklisted and I went to JPJ to transfer the saman back to previous owner.

Penang JPJ told me to contact JPJ johor as the car previously is registered under johor and the saman from johor. Said they cannot transfer the saman, only JPJ johor can.

I have been calling JPJ johor from end oct till now, meaning almost 3 weeks almost daily calling them, 56 call logs. Only 3 times they picked it up.
28 oct - pick up and got my details.
30 oct - pick up and said its processing.
13 nov - pick up and said its processing.

Until now still processing and my road tax and insurance expired on 7th nov.
How to fasten this process? Because if i kena roadblock most probably the bottom chain police will gv saman first and ask me appeal in court which is so troublesome.
Need ktards advice.

Unfriended my primary school friend

He was my best friend in primary school. I am chinese and he is malay. Also he was one of the top students and a very reasonable, smart and calm guy. I also meet his dad before. A very very calm reasonable guy. The dad was an imam too, but not racist at all.

My friend was still wishing me happy cny happily and invited me to his house after we started working. He even married our schoolmate, which I was also very very close to her last time in school. Last wish i had from him were on 2023. His father passed away in 2022 if i am not mistaken.

Started 2023, I noticed some changes on his posting. He is posting more n more islamic teachings, their mekah scenery etc. His wife also same. Then the gaza Palestine n israel war began, he started post more islamic teachings, how Palestine are suffering, how evil is Israeli people, etc. Then he slowly started posting racist stuff in malaysia like Signboard should be fully malay, how chinese are unpatriotic because dunno malay, supporting other racists comment and finally the latest is he reposted a post that say should have no more cina, india, etc but just malaysia. How dare we pendatang dont want asimilasi into malaysia etc. Same trend with his wife.

Well that was the final straw and i unfriended him in fb.
It was a pity, how such a kind, reasonable, muslim like him can become so hateful of other races. Both of them are very reasonable friendly kind hearted people. How the hate spreads..and i decided i dont need this type of negativity so i removed them.

Part of me thinks his dad is really the one holding him steady with good virtue and somehow, all the hate spreading in the war slowly poisoned him. Its sad really.

This lucky cup coffee brew coffee using Expresso machine like Zus, starbucks but pricing so cheap.
Somemore got bread like croissant and cake.
I tried before, very nice memang ngam my taste. Memang cheap and good.

Will malays and foreigners like it? Its halal, getting cert from Jakim soon. But all their ingredients got halal certified already.

What do you guys think?

I tested the new byd seal 6.
- interior is minimalistic i like
- comfort - impressed with the soft plush seat, most comfortable byd so far.
- power - tested the rm116k, memang power.
- handling - very good. Car is big but good handling.

Verdict:
Those who stay landed and can charge every night, just buy la. Very value for money for all the things it offer. More comfort than emas7.
