Concern about missing number plate

Hi,

This morning just realized that my back number plate was missing. It happened when I parked my car outside my house. Pretty sure it happen in the midnight as I noticed it was still there when I was at Auto-City.

Well, I'm not sure if the number plate was loose and fell off when I was driving home, or it was being stolen.
My concern is what if it's being stolen?
Just being paranoid, some people might could have stolen the number plate and commit illegal stuff for example speeding. Just scared that one day i might received summons for road crime that i didn't commit.

So, normally what should be done for this?

Hi,

I would like to ask few questions regarding auction house that i've gone through from certain website.
example of website: http://www.auctions.com.my/ASP/LIST2-PG.ASP

sometimes i realized that the auction price is too good to be true. and i assume reserve price = auction price, right?
what's the take or is there anything that i missed out such as hidden cost, "funny" history from the previous owner or anything else?

Bought tickets for vacation in june 2009. Promotion package. Can't go right now. Can I transfer to another name?

Saw in the Terms and Condition:
Flight Change: Once a booking number has been issued, flight changes are subject to the following terms:

Inside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, no changes are allowed. The charges for flight change outside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time are provided for in the fee schedule, subject to the following conditions:

* if a lower fare is available, the difference in fares will not be refunded to the passenger;
* if the new flight booked is in a higher fare class than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the passenger before the cancellation or change can be made;
* the change is not confirmed until we issue you a new Itinerary and/or booking number.
* changes on route(s) are not allowed.
