Maxis:How to claim warranty if warranty card lost?

Recently bought a used bb9700 from a friend who used it for 2 months. Phone condition is excellent and so far no prob. Problem is the warranty card bye show me that the phone is being delivered to him via post but no warranty card inside from maxis.

Called maxis centre that they can't check either, even I have provided with pin and imei number.

Now my friend can't locate the warranty card and neither the maxis is able to check whether the set can be claim for warranty without the card(went to maxis centre as well) and just wish to know any over way I can check the warrenty left for my handset..

Anyone can give some pointer will be much appreciated. Thx.

I believed you all should have seen maxis website that pearl 9105 is available. With 1 year contract for RM1659. Judging from the pic is pre loaded with os5. Post some review on this

9700 should I get it now or wait?

Silly question: should I get BB9700 now with celcom biz 188 plan or should I wait to expect price drop when torch launch? Any possibility price drop from past experience? Just sold my BB8520 and looking for upgrade to 9700, as don't know when 9780 will arrive our shore......
