Hello all, not sure if this is the right place to post this question here but I need a professional answer from you guys.

Our company bought a factory in 2001 for RM108,000 and now we have received offer of RM560,000 exclude GST.

If we sell the factory, we will have to pay 5% RPGT. Then RM560,000 - RM108,000 -5% RPGT = RM424,880

Is this RM424,880 taxable again? How and in what way we can do to distribute the money back to the shareholders without being taxed again? by dividend? return of capital?

The company has 4 shareholders each holding 25%. Can they each get RM106,220 without being taxed?

I went to GE mall today and it was difficult to god a parking lot. When I finally see one but there was a Korean/jap lady standing right next to te beam.

I reverse my car in then this lady shout and said she waiting for husband. I told her 'first come first serve for car, it is carpark here, you can't do this'. She still shout very loud but I ignore. Her husband arrived and she got in the car, the husband stared at me with the-I-want-to-kill-you look. I waved at him and step down the car thinking to argue with him buy he just drove off.

I got back my car and suddenly think, oh shit, they might come back and scratch my car. At the end I didn't want my car to have any scars so I went to look for another car park.

Maybe I should not park that parking lot at the first place but I can't stand people just stand their and wait for friends/relatives. If I park then I scare cars kena scratched.

What would you do?

As expected I lost the bid of WWW plates but few of my friends find out that their bids are higher but still lost. For example, Mr. A placed a bid of RM6800 for WWW83X8, but the successful bid is RM3800. They called to JPJ and ask but they put him on the phone for 1 hour.

iPad - TV problems

Hi All,

Today I purchased an iPad digital AV adapter and I plug the HDMi to the adapter and plug to my iPad, when I play the movie through PPS, PPTV and 搜狐視頻HD, there is only sound, no picture.

But there is no problem if watch youtube.

Anyone has experienced the same and can offer solutions?
