Illigal Telekom Cable Pole inside My Land

I dont know how to start this, the story begin like this
late 2012 ive bought a residential land near my hometowns about 12100sqf.
about 2 years ago, i noticed there is Telekom Cable Pole, 2 of it inside my land ,and the cable stretch across the lot.
right now im going to build my house there

the question is, can i sue Telekom or their subcontractor for putting illegal ( without my permission ) pole inside my land?
or can i claim as many Telco's rent the land to put their Pole. ( for eg: RM1000 per land/ month )

need your help guys!
lawyers, contractors, land surveyor and those who had similar experience please provide some info.

Intel i5 cant turn on the display

i just upgrade myself to intel i5 750
here's my spec

Intel i5 750
gigabytep55 ud3L 1156 mobo
Corsair xms3 ram 1333mhz
Thermaltake toughpower 750 watt
gtx260 nvidia
500gb samsung hdd

i install everything in order
it boot up, however no display on my lcd
video card is turn on with fan and heat. i change to my friends 8500gt, still did not work

what i read from the forum, there is 2.2v psu and 2.3v psu
this mobo might not support this psu..
but i dont know how confirm about this
or anyone has any idea or experience about this problem?

hi to all iphone users

i got problems, my mom bought an iphone from lowyat, usual shop lot
not from apple or maxis.

rm2000 iphone 3G 16gb confirmed by the seller it is original and new
my test it and everythings working fine.
however, after 2 days, the iphone cant turned on.
i tried to enter DFU mode, however after finish the steps, i noticed that there is multiple vertical fine line on the screen( a bit deem, need to carefully watch for it)
try to charge it for 1 whole day, not a single charge or apple logo come out

so forumers, plz help me:

1) What is wrong with the iphone ( never drop or drop to water )
2) In my case, cdo u think there is waranty from the shop? or perhaps apple? ( the seller told there is no hardware waranty coz said iphone had no waranty at all )

Help and piece of advice would be extremely appreciated

i've been using iphone 2g for 2 weeks now
however whenever i browse cydia or safari , my credit balance was consumed so fast
i guess it is because of the edge connection.
i went to the celcom centre, however they said it is in phone settings, so there's nothing they can help

please help me, already topup rm30 in 1 week, i just normally use it for smsing only.
i know it can be done by not surfign and using cydia, however whenver i connect to the wifi, sometimes it consumes my credit too..
this is terrible.

hope sifu out there can solve my problems..thanks!

Display wont come out from my lcd monitor

hi

i have a cpu
spec

mobo asus m2v mx-se
amdx2 5200 2.7ghz
250gb hdd
2gb ram
gc 9800gt
huntkey 550w psu
dell 19' lcd

before this everythings working find, till i change my cpu, and took out that 9800gt to my new computer.
i left the old cpu for 1 month without using it

but yesterday, i put back my 9800gt into it , and try to swith on, the display on lcd can't detect, saying no input.
i change to the onboard vga, but same result occur

afraid of psu was damage, i change it using acbel 390w true power. and the result is the same..

so is it my motherboard which is faulty or other things like cpu or gpu?
huhu need to sell it off, so need advise from u guys.

i want to ask, can i terminate my account? how much is the penalty
and can i just abadon it to someone else? because im moving out to the new college that will provide internet access already

Need help in installing new psu

previously, my computer psu cable got spark of electric on it and since then my pc can't truned on

so now i have greenstar psu 550w ready
i'm quite noob in pc stuff and just install whichever cable to the motherboard and harddisk and graphic card
after installing all, i found out that my motherboard, gc and hdd running..
however, windows can't be displayed on the monitor, meaning i don't think its already boot up, because when i turned on the power button on pc, it did not show green light at the case anymore.

so my question is, what had ive done wrong and possible diagnosis for this problem?
or my pc is already 'rosak' after previous psu cable broken ?

this evening, when i play game on my pc, suddenly my adapter cable burst, not burst out, but u can see flick of fire.
im using amd x2 5200, and my PSU is cap ayam 500w, i dont know what is its true power, nut sure low
before this im using gc 7300gt, it csn run well, but yesterday i put 9800gt, this things happen

so help guys, is it because of my psu or motherboard is damaged?
i want to replace it because my pc contain a lot of valuable documents..

hehe i don;t know what is wrong with my pda o2 xda orbit
i can't configure Garmin mobile with GPS proxy
i also try Mapking, but after installing it, it won't load
only showing the mapking logo only..

SO i decided to fork out RM15 to give to someone who willing to help me

i just buy this asus p525
it's a great phone
after i use it for 1 day, the phone was silent, i mean it cant produce sound even after i put the volume to the max.
i had hard reset and when i touch the screen and play music files, the sound didnt come
only when i put the headset i can hear the sound
i dont think its because the speaker because when receive call, it will ring but receive sms, it didnt ringing
help me please, coz i still new to this pda world
is there any driver that i need to install in this pda?

I search google and they said it might confuse it is still headphone mode, so how to prevent this from happen and exit the headphone mode...

my 02 Xda 2s seems to send my message twice, which mean the receiver of the message got 2 copy of my sms.
how to disable or fix this..

I'm looking for Pda. As for newbie like me, i dont know which pda is good
My budget is around RM700 and looking for 2nd hand PDA.
Main purpose is to do some Powerpoint and words, surf the net, and plays some games.
I dont need the camera too much..

I know about palm treo but dont know wether it support powerpoint or not.
also maybe it dont have wifi.
