Pros and Cons of LED and energy save bulb

For my new house renovation, Im already confuse now whether want to buy led or energy saving bulb.
One of my contractor said, LED will not last long in terms of the driver and led, also the design always will be changing. After few years, whenever the led sploit orthe led itself, the seller will said "no more that design or absolute". So I need to look for other design and might not fit for my currect fiitings.

Please advise.

I have attached my house plan. and besides that Im planning to install the air conds, so I need your guidelines where I need to place the air conds. So what the criteria that I need to install the air conds, such a:If I want to place at living hall with 2 hp air cond, what type and size of water piping, copper and thickness of the wire.

Recently I bought house at Kajang and will be completed within 2 years and it almost 30% progress. And I have intentation to install a copper pipping for water heater. Is it a best idea that I can ask the housing contractor to install or can I do after the project complete.
