            <description>hi all experts, shifu,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How much time needed to build a simple todo software? By all means, how fast can we really build?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simple as Todo list that most Javascript Framework demo&amp;#39;ed. AngularJS, Backbone etc with NodeJS, NoSQL, c# etc.&lt;br /&gt;How much code needed and what&amp;#39;s your solution? Please share here and discuz&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NOTE: Must be fully functional, store and retrieving. updating of coz. Usable for non technically user.             <description>Today I received a letter from LHDN titled &amp;#39;Pemberithuan memulakan pendakwaan&amp;#39; saying need to pay compound because failed to &amp;#39;mengemukakan Borang E&amp;#39;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My company is sole proprietor and file Borang B every year. Not hiring anyone. Anyone encounter that before? It says must paid within 30 days. However, I don know the amount etc. Feeling lost.</description>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just realize that AIRB to be suspended for trading starting coming Monday. However, I still holding it through Nominee Account Maybank. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone encounter similar scenario? Maybank will refund us? All i still able to receive dividend as private share holder? Anyway, this is indeed a gd counter, high dividend all the while.</description>

            <title>Updated: Maybank agent got back semi flexi.</title>

            <description>Looking for a housing loan, plan to take maybank flexi loan. Since my saving, stock, credit card account is the same online login. So thinking can transfer funds easily to the current account for housing loan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From what I understand from agent. The amount deposited in that current account will offset the principal and save some interests. However, if let say i loan 300k for 20 yrs, i deposit 300k at the first month. Then the bank earn what? How bout later i decided to shorten to pay bank in 10 years?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently, she mentions no lock-in blr - 2.4% with monthly charge for RM 5.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Needs advice from sifus and gurus. Is this thinking reasonable.</description>
