Help for improving CCTV video quality

I've got a CCTV Video that was given by Carrefour Endah Parade that shows 2 Iranian guys hypnotizing my friend and robbed her.

However the CCTV Video quality is a bit low so the face is not really recognizable. And the police refuses to use their forensic skills to sharpen the face of the criminals.

Can any IT experts here give some pointers on increasing the clarity of the face? Any software or method?

I played it on Wii once and its awesome.

I also played it on the Mac several times. The guitar is retailed at Apple Centers for RM439 which is quite expensive.

Any idea where to get the Guitar for Guitar Hero(for PC) in Malaysia at a more reasonable price?

Arm wrestling is a battle of male ego.

I personally arm wrestle a lot during high school among my peers.

In America and many other countries, it is a professional sport.

I've done a little research on the rules and regulations of arm wrestling and also the equipments.

You can check it out by searching in google and youtube.

I'm planning to organize an arm wrestling competition in my college.

Do you guys have any ideas where to get Arm Wrestling Tables in Klang Valley?

Are there carpenters out there that are willing to build it?

The measurements,padding,handles and pricing can be discussed.

Bicycle Help

I bought a cheap China made bike for RM189 from Carrefour yesterday and its already giving me problems today.

It's a 26 inch Single Speed bike. The chain falls off every now and then averaging at 30 seconds. I went to a motorbike shop and they refuse to repair for me.

I can't see the problem of the chain other than it will look loose when I put it back after it falls off.

HELP!!!
