Hi,

I want to know if only one name shown in S&P but the same properties was getting a joint name(2 persons) loan. so, the property ONLY belong to ONE person that's shown in the S&P only is it?

Bank allows 2 persons joint loan for a property that's only belong to ONE of them only? is there any problem if the owner want to sell that property?

Can anyone help me to answer my questions?
