Hi all, old house over invested, have good room cabinets and kitchen cabinets, then wife itchy go and buy new house and over budget. is it possible to get cabinet sifus to dismantle old house cabinets and move it over to the new house? cabinets still in good condition.

Questions to expats with experience/financial gurus:

money changer do not offer the best rates, how do expats bring money back to malaysia without incurring too much fees(money changing fees) with the least amount of risk(like robbed while u going to the airport) and convert it back to ringgit?

any advice?

Hi all
I am currently working outside of malaysia, i subbed my maxis account off my wife and the current package is at rm10 per month.(dunno what packae name)

i did that to
1) maintain my phone number so my contacts wont lose me
2) so i have a permanant phone number in malaysia so i can do my banking stuff at overseas(get banking sms and stuff)
3) to use it when i get back to malaysia for holiday without needing to panickly look for top up(hence the port paid)

here is the thing, maxis decided to send me a letter and give me more "benefits" i didn't ask for and DO NOT NEED(who needs 3g connections which cost 5x more than the one im using overseas?RM25 gets me 5 gigs here than your stupid 500mb) and increase the price to rm25. I do not need this package anymore, its sad for maxis to upgrade me to something i didnt ask for and making me pay more.

sifus, any recommendation on other telco/packages that can do the above 3 without changing my number? please help

dont think its the cable mayb my maid again wipe it with water

its a bit early, but whats done is done
i got my wife pregnant(actually we are trying for some time already)
i know still early(7th week) but i want to be prepared as i work overseas and have limited AL to visit her

from now(week 7) till week 40(delivery)
on which week/month do mommys really need daddy to be around? other than delivery time

i am interested in becoming the guy who
- able to access the machine plc/program
- able to identify alarm originates from which part of a machine
- able to rewrite a bit of the program if no spare part available

now the question all factory engineers/high class banglas please teach me,

1) what kind of training do i need to go through to learn all this? is it available in malaysia? i know that they normally dont teach these in college but please do give me some keywords so i can google it down(ayam stupig dunno where to start)

2) what software to use? heard the cable to access the control panel itself is hard to get

hey, few years back ate a special chicken which is much larger in size and the meat is like kampung chicken. too bad the person who supplied the chicken to be cooked is a chicken rice seller and im not close to him.

About EPF vs buying house

dear sifus, need all your good advice

here is the scenarion:
a couple of hubby and wifey bought a unit.
2% to agent payed. 8% to owner in progress whould not be a problem
snp in progress of getting written, downpayment made, loan still searching.
the last element is epf withdrawal to help pay a bit of something. now the epf money, since it is a joint purchase by both hubby and wife,

1) do both of them gets to withdraw from their epf accounts?

2) hubby is out of the country and will take another 3-4 months to get back to malaysia, can the hubby do the epf withdrawal in a later date compared to the wifey? any complication from kwsp will say :"hey your wife take oredi u cannot take

3) this EPF money, can take to do renovation or buy furniture ar? since downpayment not a problem

There are still a lot of things to do and be done in the game currently beyond Raid content. We generally see people begin to "finish" content they may have not gotten to prior to the release of a new expansion or expansion patch and I think once we start talking about beta and getting people into the beta, we'll see more people posting about what those things are. There will be a lot more to do when Mists of Pandaria becomes available (new/additional things), that may take your focus from completing some of the things you're working on (or plan to work on) now. It's a good time to start thinking about what those things may be.
