China-made guitars

hi all, i need confirmation really, r guitar made in china really that worse in quality, like usually stated by some?

For all i know, schecter omen series had recently changed to 'made in china' , from korea previously, right? How about the quality? Will there be obvius decrease in quality?

Need advice in buying guitar

hi all, i need an advice in selecting a guitar. I got my eyes on two axes, Schecter Omen 6 n Omen Extreme 6..
The story so far; A friend offer me to buy his 6 month old Omen Extreme 6 for a certain price. But then, while jalan2 kL windowshopping, i came across a new Schecter Omen 6 (not extrme) selling for the same price as the used extreme..

So the choice i got : 1)New Schecter Omen 6
2) Used Schecter Omen Extreme 6

both SAME price. So, anyone here kind enuf to suggest which shuld i buy? Can the difference between those two axes 'counter attack' the 6 month usage? Thanx in advance..

hullo evryone.. 1st of all, im a total noob in guitar as im yet to buy my first guitar.. Just kacau2 my fren's fender.. Im planning to buy one this year.. So, can anyone lead the way and tell me some things? 1. Pocket POD is effect right? Can u just plug in ur headphone there n jam without any amp? 2. Also instead headphone, can u plug in any speaker to it, like maybe a computer speaker, n then jam like its an amp? 3. Im a noob.. So pls anyone tell me, so maybe i can jimat a bit not buying an amp, its just for practice anyways.. Thnx..
