Looking for PC recommendation for 2 set of rig.

PC 1 - Rm 2,700 max. (Edit: Willing to fork out additional RM100 - RM 200)
For gaming purposes must have Intel Core i5 and gtx 960 (if budget cannot accommodate gtx 960, suggest something else)
Exclude monitor and SSD.

PC 2 - RM 3,500 max
For rendering purposes, (Vray, lumion, artlantis and revit, etc)
Include monitor and SSD (120gb will do)

CM 590 side fan

I took out my cm 590 side fan and clean it up but i forgot which side the fan should be.

Should be the side fan blow in or out?

Hey guys, I'm helping my friend to get a RIG since his computer is dead because of lightning

Well, his budget is around RM2k. He will be using back his monitor, mouse, keyboard and speaker. He's not going to sli/crossfire anyway. Basic usage and some gaming , bf3 mw3 etc(decent graphic)

From my knowledge and some research from the forum, i came out with this build.

Core i5 2400 (not going to overclock)
Asrock H61M-S motherboard
Kingston 4GB DDR3-1333 x1
Sapphire HD6850 1GB DDR5
Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB (maybe going for 1tb)
FSP Hexa 500W power supply (i assume this psu will be able to juice up this rig)
Coolermaster Elite 311 /CM Elite 431 Plus ( suggest which should i choose)

Is this build worth the price around RM2k?

Oh yea, suggest me the prices for all of these items.

Any comment and suggestion are welcomed TY
